Dr Arciniega is defiantly the best Dentist Iíve been to and her office is by far the most pleasant. The office has the best modern amenities including a television on the patient chair so that you can be distracted while you are having your teeth cleaned. I defiantly appreciate her friendly bedside manner and she makes going to the dentist a delight. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a new dentist.

This is by far the most unpleasant dental office I've been to. Regardless it's very modern appearance the dentist's attitude and the front office staff leaves you not wanting to come back. I was very uncomfortable in this dentist's chair, she's very defensive once you start questioning her. What a nasty attitude!!

Love this office so much. Everyone is so wonderful and polite. I only visit twice a year, but they still recognize me when i walk by and know me by name. LOVE THEM!

Dr Pat is by far the meaniest women on this planet. It was disgusting how she treated me and my family at our intial visit. She had no bedside manners and was very aggressive/pushy with my treatment. She screams at her staff constantly and that pretty young lady at the front desk is no longer there. It's really sad to have return to the office and find out that she's not there to greet me or help me and my family, she was very sweet. Anyone that steps foot in this
office... Goodluck!

Hmmmm.... Dr. Arcienga has a heavy accent and damn its so hard to understand what she is trying to convince me into spending. I walk in there with a couple small cavities, I leave with a page that totals me treatment expense to $7000.00. WTF! Extra charges for ridiculous upgrades. To top it off my mother walked in the other day and Dr Arcinega starts airing her dirty laundry. If your trying to over sell me treatment (rip me off) just so you can make your months rent than I must to all your clients "BEWARE"

My son went to Dr. Arciniega for x-rays and an evaluation. He was told that he had several cavities, needed whitening and like Mr. Franklin, was quoted an outrageous total amount. My son became suspicious and went to another dentist who told him that he did NOT have any cavities at all!!!!!! RUN TO THE NEAREST EXIT....Arciniega just wants to do a ton of unnecessary work so she can get a lot of money to pay for her fancy office and fancy life. SHE IS A MONEY HUNGRY LIAR!

BEWARE OF THIS FACILITY. THEY ARE VERY OVER PRICED......AND THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY LIE TO YOU ON YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE AND BILL YOU THE REST LATER...THAT IS ILLEGAL

I have to say that all these post about this office is severely inaccurate! I had a visit today for my first time and i was blown away by politeness, professionalism of Dr A, time management, and of course the beauty of this office! I had to remember that i was there for a dental visit and not the spa! The pretty girl who took my xrays was so gental and fast! Then i was surrounded by candles and a heated neck pillow that smelled like tranquility aromatherapy! Her asst's were truly caring and genuinely making sure i was comfortable When Dr Arceniga came in the room she was so wonderful and pleasant she showed me all my needed dental work by xrays, live cam photos etc! My work was proven to me i dont know how people say she lies about their needed work. I asked about the materials she used and everything was top quality grade, metal free! i was so happy to hear about metal free materials now that to me is real cosmetic work!! All of these people saying these awful disrespectful lies about this Dr ought to be ASHAMED!!!!!! ONCE YOU COME TO Dr Arcinega you will see for yourselves! 6/15/12

My husband and I were patients of Dr Arciniega's for a little over two years but have since changed dentists due to our experiences. I would like to start by saying the office is absolutely beautiful, modern, clean, etc. However, this does not make up for the fact that Dr. A is very unprofessional and inaccurate. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months religiously and have had ONE cavity in my life. My previous dentists all told me that the stains on my molars were, in fact, just stains due to dietary habits. However, Dr. A continuously showed me on the intraoral cameras that these stains were "obviously cavities" that needed to be filled. I asked her if my x-rays showed anything and she said "yes of course, they show you have cavities" without actually SHOWING me on the x-rays.

In addition, I am sad to say that the staff turnover in this office is ridiculously frequent. My first hygienist was so sweet but she left. My second hygienist was a guy but he wasn't very friendly. My third hygienist was sweet but she is no longer working there. The front office staff is constantly changing every time I come in. It's hard to have faith in this type of office. I like seeing the same friendly staff on every visit. However, maybe this turnover is due to the fact that the dentist is constantly high-strung and degrading towards staff. My husband came home from this office saying that Dr. Arciniega had put down a staff member in front of him. I remember seeing her under-mind her assistant before. It's not ok.

Now we have been searching for a new dental office and it appears that the technology Dr. A has is actually standard in most offices.

The staff is friendly and nice and they have new equipment but it doesn't make up for a bad dentist. I had a root canal back in hightschool which broke from playing basketball. She recommended putting in a post. Everything when fine and signed my bill. Then a month later when getting the final tooth put in, they tell me it required custom coloring and would cost an additional 300. Also come to find out my insurance would have covered 600 of the cost if it happened 1 month later. I don't understand why she wouldn't delay the filing one month or wait to have the tooth replaced to save me 600. It is now two years later and the post may have broke. I went to another dentist and her post is 3times too short. It also doesn't go to the depth she excavated to. Now I get to pay another 1500 for a new post and replacement tooth.

FYI Cindy.. Dr A has her daughters friends post positive reviews to trade off for free dental treatment. I'm certain they made you post some ridiculous happy note about Dr A but I would have to agree with others that her attitude drew me far far away from her office. She is literally money hungry and sees only dollar signs.
I'm baffled that she is still practicing.

I actually went to a working interview with this lady!!! I was not given time to take a lunch and dr.a had the nerve to tell me I was supposed to take a lunch! She made me feel like being a hygienist was nothing and also had the nerve to tell me not to ask her dental assistant questions because I would be wasting her time( keep in mind it was my first day there n no one showed me where anything was). I also found a whole cabinet full of sharps that have not been disposed of properly. Dr.A does not let the assistants sterilize the ring kits that take the X-rays! I was only there for one day and to tell you the truth I feel bad for all of her patients.

I briefly worked for Dr. A. She expects staff (and patients) to put up with her disrespectful attitude and flighty mood. I'm surprised she is still in business and hasn't been reported to the Dental Board for misdiagnoses and insurance fraud. I witnessed many occasions where a price for treatment was given to a patient, and then the cost triples after treatment because of "biocompatible material" upgrades. In addition, she tells staff "Don't let these patients tell you that they can't afford treatment, they live in EL SEGUNDO, they all have money." I would say that most patients are fully unaware of what is happening, and would be disgusted to know how this woman is running a business.

I think the main problem is that Dr. A feels like she is a victim facing major discrimination (self-preceived or not). I think everyone can use a little therapy to find healthy ways to cope with anxiety and stress, rather than lash out at coworkers and patients. If a dentist has a high turn over in patients and employees, do you think it's because everyone ELSE is the problem? It's probably the dentist that needs to reconsider how they choose to run a business. And maybe it's time to be honest with yourself, Dr. A.
