A full house at the press conference Investors unveiled plans for a $108 million professional racetrack in St.

I think this will be a great oppurtunity for north country people to bennifit from the selling property to local people to invest in their own community. With the rising cost of gas and the travling distance we must go to go to events,this will put more money localy and draw fans from all over the lands to spend on our community.

I think that when the track gets built you'll be able to use your season passes to the St.Lawrence Aquarium and Ecological Society to gain entrance. This is just another scam...Get over it NASCAR fans.

can't wait until this special meeting within the next couple weeks,alot of people have doubts, about time to put them to rest.see the markings on the roads and a little more traffic even someone starting a concession unit out there,drive down co.rt.37 off so.main st.massena, take first right onto hammill rd 1 mile down there's the future site

Something seems to be rolling forward. The land was bought, so a lot of $$$$ had to change hands already. When people say put up or shut up, someone is putting up cash!

if you drive by where the site is to be you may see herds of deer and flocks of turkeys, maybe even some ducks and blue herons! where will they go??? isn't some of that land considered wet lands? what has the DEC said about the project? It may be good for money hungry humans but what about the wildlife????? They don't have a choice!!! WE DO !!!!

I agree with the wildlife lover what about the animals I guess they will have to go where they can... there is still some woodland there idon't think the other farmer will sell their land for develompmental purposes.

I grew up on a dairy farm we raised cows and many other animals to survive, is that so bad too! If we dont start creating more jobs here in the great (USA) the only thing that is going to be left is the wildlife. Check to see how many acres are in the state forest just alone in brasher falls ny,(nearly 20,000),do you own 20,000 acres I sure dont, and if you care so much for the wildlife the computer you are using,uses paper that comes from a birds home(the tree).Do you know alot of wetlands came from the poor little farmer that had no say how to get rid of the poor little beaver,who just sawed another birds home down,(the tree).And we still had to pay taxes on that land,so I guess you wont be driving to see an event in our town,oh yeh hope you also have a electric car,one that does not polute.

I have had 2 good offers from a chain store,may just sell for big money and if not I will be the closes to see some great entertainment without the cost of leaving my home,i'll have to send some pictures to you. Thank you for the latest comments pos or neg dw
