Probation - that will fix her. Put her in jail where she belongs. Hope the group home reimburses the residents, there should be controls in place that would prevent this from happening. The group home needs to be held accountable as well.

having worked with Ms. Burcar at an assisted living, she has been known as a thief for a very long time. she stole prescription narcotics at a previous job, was caught, and was only FIRED for it, no reports, no police...I don't believe she was even reported to the MN Dept of Health!!! Be careful of those around you in these facilities and please don't be afraid to report your co-workers for this type of behavior! The residents do NOT deserve to be abused by so-called caretakers and employers need to start taking action against those who violate the Vulnerable Adult Act!! Report them to the police and the DHS!! I am disgusted with the judge who thinks this crime only merits probation! Hopefully she will violate it and be put in jail where she rightly belongs!!
