There was no terror plot. It would have been all over the news. What really happened? Anybody know?

It's not confidential ass hat when they plaster signs all over indicating why it was seized.

Crystalfan: You dumbass! It's public information. It's not confidential. Get your head out of Rudy's ass.

Yikes: Tell us more. We want to know details. It must have been several years of back taxes to be siezing the place. Do tell.

actually, it's not confidential. it's not even supposed to be. if it really was seized for taxes it will be posted in the papers so even more people show up for the auction when they sell it. that's if it gets that far.

Please, this is ridiculous. Multiple places have been seized throughout the area due to taxes. Did Brownies get this much ridicule? Times are tough through out the entire area. Businesses are struggling to get by right now, and even though the economy is supposedly on the incline, but for how long? Why don't you guys spend a little less time looking at stupid shit, and start looking at real issues.

When someone who flaunts their money and looks down at others from a pedestal is exposed as a fraud it's pretty entertaining.

The owing of back taxes is not confidential. This information can be found on web sites and is constantly printed in the paper.
Of course it is ok by you for the "Low lifes" names to be printed, but not for alleged respected Republican supporters, or the watering hole of an elected Rupublican official? Then you wonder why this party is loosing support in the County!

We've gotten complaints at the state liquor authority for him selling wine to his friends too. Investigation is pending.

I've had parties there I don't feel as though he flaunts his money at all. The other thing is I don't feel he was on a pedestal at all. I felt he was a normal average person just like the rest of us. Perhaps your the one on the pedestal. Also, he was kind enough to let me make payments for my wedding. Any other place wanted the money up front. I feel the whole point of these postings are ridiculous. Just cause some people are jealous or whatever your deal is.

gambling wipes out years of hard work in a short time. If you think like the Gov. of PA who wants casinos for his state, his philosophy is; if we don't put one up someone else will, they will find a way to gamble if they are addicted. It seems sad that a persons hard earned money (or stolen) can be pissed away to a big plush casino, a slick dago bookie or a race track. It must be an addiction to go to these extremes.

Listen "local guy" I can whole heartedly reassure you that I am not jealous of someone who at 50 something years of age still relies on mom and dad to bail him out. He's on COD with EVERY distributor (smith packing won't even deal with him) he owes Vic and Rocky hundreds of thousands of dollars, he's a poor father and doesn't pay his employees in a timely fashion (if at all). Shall I continuue? Ok one more how about he borrowed 2k from a friend to go to the track a few weeks back and then wrote said friend a bad check. The girls at Adirondack bank call him "rubber Rudy"
Yeah I'm jealous. I always wanted to be scammer/liar/ drunk. You sure pegged me.
Now Michelle/Denise/Rudy or whomever you are, stop before I've gotta throw a few more "jealousy" issues out there for you to chew on.
You want to patronize him that's your Prerogative. However i will tell anyone that will listen what a joke him and his "business" is.
I also heard that if he goes to a store and pays by check to watch out. he will give many excuses about how his business has taken everything he has to run and that there must have been a mistake in his bank accts. Everyone knows not to loan him money and how the heck he still has those businesses in beyond me. I assume that the diamond business up there is run by his other family members and that he only had the restaurant.

Never gamble because in the end you will lose. Sure you can win once in a while on horses, tables, slots etc., but in the end you will lose. Every hear gamblers tell you they lost? only it seems they say when they have won. For every time a gamble says they walked out a casino winning means that they lost ten times previous.
