Average distance from house to turbine is 1200-1300 feet and I wouldn't be surprised if not closer. Turbine company now has sound testing equipment up there so there must be some issues about all the complaining.

Wrong. The MINUMUM distance is 1200 feet not average. A statictian or mathmatician you are not. Don't quit your day job flipping burgers nor your night job fondling sheep.

Nah, I think you might want to check your facts again. You might need a new tape measure also. The Fairfield Board made it part of the ordinance to require at least 1200 feet from any wind turbine and any existing structure. MINIMUM. Not average.

Nobody has to be nice and there is nothing you can do about it. Don't like it? Join a message board for little kiddies. Grow a set of balls and a thicker skin and get over yourself.

for the largest turbines they have to have set backs much further than you mention. Whats up with all the sound testing equipment now being put in place up there too...must be some concerns now with noise, but I am sure they will say its fine and that everyone needs to get ear plugs. You are one big GOOF.....I bet you are one of the dumb farmers up there too.

Nah, just smarter than you. And you keep showing that everytime you post your drivel.

See, it is normal for them to be out there with sound testing equipment to monitor the audible and inaudible frequencies being emitted. This is a normal part of the completion of the project. If you were semi intellgent, you would realize this.

Even one of those "dumb farmers" are smarter than you.

Hey look, Mark the recovering cock addict is back!

The crew up there taking sound readings are a normal part of the completion of the project. Matter of fact, it was all spelled out in public when the project was approved. You are going to see crews taking sound readings, measuring vibrations at and around the towers for structural stability, and other testing that is required to be completed before the project is finished.

Its funny to hear people complain aboout the noise. It was all disclosed in the project EIS. No one wants to acknowledge that though.

Ahh yes, the FEIS.

What all these idiots fail to realize is that the company, Iberdrola, has to conduct the necessary studies at the end of the project in order to make sure the project is in compliance with what was laid out in the FEIS. That is why people see crews up there with sound monitoring equipment, not because of complaints.

Saunders moved with the liens as leverage to get the landowners to pressure Mortensen and Iderbola to pay up. They have no interest in liquidating anybody's property for the money because that would take a long time and lots of litigation.

Matter of fact, it is highly questionable whether or not their right to place these liens would even stand up in court since NONE of the landowners ever had a contract with Saunders in the first place.
