If, as you posit, "a millionaire (pays) a lower tax rate, then (sic) a working man, it's because the US Congress - comprised of Senators and Congressmen from BOTH major parties - wrote the US Tax Code that way.

Please explain, then - why and how in your fevered partisan hack mind Gov. Romney bears any responsibility whatsoever for the fact that the Tax Code is written the way it is, other than to comply with it as written?

Your juvenile tantrums over Gov. Romney's tax returns are quite misdirected.

Duly noted.
Those of us that deal in reality are focused on something else.. Something you are not capable of understanding.
We should probably cut him some slack - clearly his reality-testing faculties are impaired.

This tends to happen to gamers who spend most of their lives in fantasy worlds. He's probably still groggy from staying up all night with his WoW guild farming Blackrock Spire or Ragnaros or something.

Oh! You mean, like Fast & Furious! Got it ...

Except Obama and Holder got lots of people killed in that little escapade - and then hung their field-level people out to dry on it.

No one has died because of Romney's tax returns ...

Obama lied - Americans died. Throw the bum out.

Yes, it does appear that the Incompetent-in-Chief and his treasonous USAG successfully have stonewalled Congress, shielded wrongdoing behind a cloak of Executive Privilege, ducked responsibility, and hung underlings out to take the rap:

"IG: White House ‘Made it Impossible’ to Pursue Lead in Fast and Furious Probe"
By Fred Lucas
September 20, 2012

( CNSNews.com )– "The White House’s refusal to release communications related to the Fast and Furious gun-walking program and the refusal of a White House official to be interviewed about the matter “made it impossible” for the inspector general (IG) of the Justice Department to “pursue that aspect of the case,” the IG, Michael Horowitz, testified."

"He added that the sought-after White House interview and communications constituted “a lead we wanted to follow.”

"At a hearing of the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee on Thursday, Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-Tex.) asked Horowitz,“You noted also in your report that the White House refused to share internal communications with you during your investigation of Fast and Furious. We've noted a connection into the White House through Kevin O'Reilly at the National Security Council. Do you think the White House’s refusal to share these documents limited the scope of your investigation? Would this committee be well served by pursuing an investigation into that avenue?”

"Horowitz answered,“Well, as we noted in the report, and as you know, congressman, we did not get internal communications from the White House and Mr. O’Reilly’s unwillingness to speak to us made it impossible for us to pursue that angle of the case and the question that had been raised."

"Farenthold: "So it would probably be worthwhile for us to pursue?"

"Horowitz: "Well, certainly we have sought to pursue every lead we could. So, I can tell you, from our standpoint it was a lead we wanted to follow.”

In other words - the report is a whitewash.

Americans who have been paying attention know better.

Teddy,if you'd been paying attention, you'd know Mittens had a direct influence on his tax rate. When Sen. Grassley tried to change the rates paid on capital gains,Bain and other companies paid lobbyists millions of dollars to stop it.Finally Grassley met so much opposition from lobbyists,he gave up in frustration. So don't try to get away with that bull shit lie.Why do you think the rich should have a lower rate of taxes then a working person? This is the govt. picking winners and losers, and favoring one group of society over another. It's the social engineering, your side is always so quick to criticize.

I posit nothing, when I state the rich pay a lower rate then working people. It's a fact, plain and simple.MITTENS' return showed that.Plus there are thousands of millionaires through clever tax work, pay nothing.I know your adoration of them, makes it ok to you.But some of us think, they should pay the same rate as everybody else. Then again, people like you, have always favored socialism for the rich. That and anyone that rants and raves, and is quick to call people names,is the last one that should speak about tantrums. That fellow pegged you right, when he called you a keyboard warrior.

Wow - you can sustain a tantrum longer than any 6-year-old I know.

1) You have no clue what my view on tax rates is. It so happens I favor a flat tax, with every American above the poverty line paying the same flat tax rate on income, regardless of income. I want a 1-page federal tax return: Line 1 - how much did you make? Line 2 - Take 17% of that. Line 3 - Send it in. No deductions, no loopholes - AT EITHER END OF THE INCOME SPECTRUM. The whole Tax Code should not take more than 20 pages.

2) The "rich" don't pay a different tax rate than the rest of us. That's class warrior bullsh!t. Yes, Capital Gains are taxed at a different rate than ordinary income. Serfdom is voluntary in America - any American with $50, rich or not rich, can buy shares in Exxon Mobil on a DRIP plan. Only fools choosing serfdom do not.

3) There are good reasons for treating capital gains income differently than ordinary income for taxation purposes. Investors put capital at risk of total loss of their investment - wage earners do not take such risks. The nation needs capital - if capital is not rewarded or if returns on capital are taxed excessively RELATIVE TO OTHER NATIONS, it flows out of the US, and ALL AMERICANS LOSE. Rant your class warrior rants all you like - but that's the hard reality.

Get over it.

"Michele Davis, a spokeswoman for the Romney campaign, said that Romney is not responsible for whatever tax strategy employed. "As we have said many times before, Governor and Mrs. Romney's assets are managed on a blind basis. They do not control the investment of these assets, the investment decisions are made by a trustee," he said."

So calm down and quit your screaming, little man. Romney has paid what he owes - more than what he owes for 2011, in fact - and will pay whatever the IRS says he owes - just like all the rest of us.

All the rest of us who actually pay federal income tax, that is. Which probably counts out free riders like you ...

Funny how the free riders are the ones whining the loudest about the non-issue of Romney's taxes ...

You damn right theirs class warfare and the rich are winning, that's according to Warren Buffet. When you see the huge transfer of weaLTH,thats happened in this country from 1980 on,only a rich ass sucker like you, thinks everything is okay. When billionaire hedge fund managers, pay a lower rate then working people do there's something wrong. When 1% of the people hold all the wealth and demand lower taxes as mittens is promising them, somethings wrong.Like I said, some of us don't want a plutocracy. As for risk, bull shit, nobody holds a gun to their head and makes them invest. They deduct their losses, and they should pay the same rate on their earnings as a worker does.Social engineering is all this is.They've got wanna-bes like you so brainwashed it's pathetic.Just look at mitts' return and see how he was able to manipulate the system, and get breaks, everyday americans can't,this is pure bullshit.Anyone that doesn't think the rich are waging class warfare against everyday Americans,is blind or a fool.Just look at the distibution of wealth in 1976 and now.Did regular Americans just become lazier, and the rich start working harder? No.The tax system was manipulated to make the rich richer at the expense of the rest of America.Get your head out of your ass, moron.Dimes to dollars, says you never came close to 40 grand a year.

Mitt has benefitted from Bain capital, and as far as saying he has had no hand in it,since retiring that is a flat out lie.If Bain profitted illegally,Mittens will have to pay back some of the millions he has been payed by Bain. You really do believe everything Mittens says.Blind trusts are the biggest scam, since the extended warranty.Your refusal to answer my question earlier, proves you Teddy=peddy are a 47%er.When he loses,he will file an amended return and get that money back, his gifts aren't etched in stone, moron.

This should increase Bus and Train riders:

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork)— A legal fight over freedom of speech is spilling into New York’s subway tunnels. A sign about “Jihad” is set to debut next week. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority says it crosses the line, but a judge disagrees.

WCBS 880′s Paul Murnane On The Story

On the region’s subways and buses, most ads we see don’t get much attention. But that may change with a pro-Israel ad that will soon grace MTA property which reads:“In any war between the civilized man and the savage, support the civilized man. Support Israel. Defeat jihad.”

The ad is a clear swipe against radical Muslims.

“It’s going to create problems for no reason, you know?” Maguid El Ghazzawi of Astoria told CBS 2’s Sean Hennessey on Wednesday night.

At a Manhattan Mosque, not all were pleased with the fact the ad will soon go public.

“It is negative, not positive,” Harlem’s Abdus Khan said.

“I think it is something stupid. For somebody they are very ignorant,” El Ghazzawi said.

For almost a year, the MTA fought the running of the ad, saying the words “savage” and “jihad” demean a group, but in the lawsuit a federal judge ruled that barring the ad violated the First Amendment and the “….fundamental importance of the free flow of ideas…”

“What the court said,‘no demeaning’ is too general a phrase,” said Leon Friedman, a constitutional law expert at Hofstra University.“Government just can’t say ‘I like this ad, I don’t like that ad.’ They just can’t do that.”

While the MTA said its hands are tied, the ad’s sponsor celebrated the victory.

“Political speech is the most protected speech,” said Pamela Geller of the American Freedom Defense Initiative.

Geller said the ad isn’t anti-Muslim, but a response to an anti-Israeli ad the MTA ran last year.
