Remember that you do not have to vote for either 3-person team on Tuesday. You can vote for mayor and for whichever two trustees you feel are best suited to help our village. For example, you can vote for Ainsworth, Malta, and Weiser. Or you can vote for Brindisi, Markey, and Weiser. Or Ainsworth, Malta, and Nichols. Etc. I know who I'm choosing for mayor and which two I'm choosing for trustees. And they're not on the same 'team'. I am choosing INDIVIDUALS who I believe have what is needed to move this village forward. And they are not all running as the same team. You decide for yourselves but know you don't have to choose all of one or all of the other. The public playgrounds in the village are currently a disgrace and have been for over a decade. That's just one hint of who I'm voting to replace. We also need a trustee and mayor who have their own business and knows firsthand what it takes to keep it profitable and keep it going. Hopefully residents use their heads this time around.

Well said, and some good advice. You would be surprised how many people think that they have to make group selections.

I'm voting for the people who can balance their checkbook and pay their bills. Brindisi and Malta owe people all over the village and beyond. I wouldn't trust them with the village treasury for sure. Nope I'm sticking with the team and will vote for Aisnworth, Nichols and Markey. We better start looking for new folks who have some integrity. The old board looks tired out but lets give them one more term and find people who love the village as much as they do but have new ideas and credibility. Brindisi and crew just lack so much on so many levels.

Yes good idea keep Mark in as Mayor that covered up Risi's stealing from the village taxpayers, because he is such a mouse ! Time for them to all get the heck out!

Think it's better to have two cops on the board who knew all about Risi and had no moral fiber to rat him out. they took brotherhood to a whole new level..in the toilet!

I listened to the interview and it was sad, quite frankly. Brindisi, Malta, and Weisser have no specific ideas or plans. They just "have a toolbox" and "everyone needs to roll up their sleeves" and they "want to fix it" and "they're going to fix it." How? What is this toolbox? Brindisi has already been on the board for a year and nothing's changed. I heard nothing new from these three, except they're going to save Herkimer.
