What is the statute of limitations on a "Grand Re-Opening" sign?

Denny's has had that dang sign out front for a year now and it is undermining our confidence in the manager's common sense.

We will not be patronizing Dennys until this sign is taken down.

Wow, 1 year and four months is a long time for a "grand reopening!"

Do they have some kind specials going on for the grand reopening - like free coffee or half-price dessert?
