You have it mixed up. Think idiot.

Years of investigation COSTS and you offer them the least possible charge, no fine and their charges will be erased from their records after a year, like it never happened.

Wow, they must have had a solid case. This was an abuse of power. We'll see who pays.

VERY surprised by this. However, truly innocent people wouldn't/shouldn't accept a plea deal.

I will admit that I was hoping for a solid conviction for these goodfell wannabee's.

Maybe they are pooling their resources for the civil trial, so they took the deal to dispose of this one.

Sounds like they are free and clear on the criminal charges as long as they don't f*ck anybody over for at least 12 months...what a system.

People are clueless...do you have any idea just how corrupt Peter Polus and family are?? Do you have any idea how they used their money to buy of the DA and get him to agree to try and take down a legitimate business? Do you have any idea that Fiberdyne's CFO was the campaign headquarters for DA Carpenters election and that Carpenters wife works for Fiberdyne?? Do you realize YOUR tax dollars paid for the waste of justice to try and take down innocent people? Wake up!

- The only guilty ones are Polus & family for wasting taxpayers money because they were jealous of someone that dared compete with them!

except there wasn't YEARS of investigating done on this case.

Woops!

They were connected to the right people in order to get the sweetheart deal they got. Our wonderful DA caved in again. These clowns are guilty as hell and can't wait to see all the facts come out in the civil lawsuit. There is no pleading out of that one.

BTW, the NYSP are not under the control of the Herkimer County DA and they are the ones who initially brought the charges against them. Later, a grand jury of Herkimer County residents reaffirmed those charges when they handed down indictments.

Sorry, all the political conspiracies have been officially debunked.

Nope. The convictions stand regardless. They were given conditional release not conditional discharge. A conditional discharge means after that year is up and they did not get into any further trouble, the convictions go away. A conditional release means if they get into any trouble in that year, they get resentenced to what they would have received for their convictions. Big difference.

This is what greed begets

debunked nothing the corruption out of this da's office is so extreme it's sickening - polus flashed his money and they did his bidding! Grand jury indictments are worthless - innocent people are indicted everyday bottom line is when you are a miserable person and can't stand competition you look to take people down by whatever dirty means you can find!

Wrong...and this was BS from the start.

DA offered plea deals weeks ago, with no takers. When they realized they were about to be embarrassed trying this weakass case they offered everyone involved traffic tickets with no fines.
VERY IMPRESSIVE.

AND IT DIDN'T WORK. FIBERDOUCHE TRIED but it didn't work. Heads up boys you might be looking at some legal papers yourself and soon.

Years of investigation COSTS to the taxpayers. Pay-back for political favors and they had shht. UNBELIEVABLE.

Big investigation, big charges, BIG fking joke.

Check the figures at fiberdouche, they had nothing until he arrived. He brought it to the losers.

Absolutely hold their heads high. Anyone with a brain knows when they offer a "traffic ticket" plea bargain, the prosecution has NOTHING. Start picking the jury and then chicken the fk out.

Obviously an attempt to discredit people and the competition. Now fiberdouche looks stupid.

If the DA was about to be embarassed then none of the defendants would have taken plea deals. Hmmm.

except none of the charges they plead guilty to were traffic tickets. All the charges were criminal charges.

Its more like someone pressured the DA to cave, yet again.
The facts remain
