In truth, we should judge people for their behavior, which is exactly what is happening.
In John 7:24, Jesus said, "Stop judging by mere appearances, and make a right judgment." In this verse Jesus is talking about making righteous judgments in regard to God's laws. We must make judgments in matters of biblical doctrine and righteous living.
If someone isn't living according to the word of God, we should pass judgement about how we proceed with that person. We should not condemn, however. What we really need to be careful of is, to not look at the spec in someone's else's eye before we lift the plank in our own. It is more that we should not associate with someone that could bring us down, and even moreso, that would should love that brother (and sister), all born in total depravity and help guide them on the right path.
It is clear that no motive here is on that path or associated with God, or any god, if you will. Therefore, there is no standard by which they live, save their own. So "god" and judgement basically falls upon, they can do whatever they choose. Who is the biggot now, to tell them they can't judge, it sounds like YOU are judging. Without God, it all falls upon the existential hero, or legend in their own mind. Get a life? Get an education.
