You're right guy. It was a portable one that he owned personally. Look it up on the tax roll chief that will tell you who owns it. He stored the generator in the basement and ran extension cords all over the bar.

"all these properties" and "several properties" would be interchangeable and identical statements since they express properties in a plural state. Looks like that poster PWNED you, AGAIN! Too funny!
It is always pathetically weak when one pounds their chest with "I probably paid more in taxes than your income". Sure you did!
You must be horribly ashamed of your pathetic weakness, then, as it was you who taunted me, first, with your statement, "I make lots more money than you do." I am merely correcting you, again, in pointing out that, no, you don't make more money than I do.

Are you clueless about connotation and context? I am sure that you are, as you have shown yourself clueless on virtually everything.

There is a sizable connotative difference between "all these properties," suggesting a broad swath of holdings, and "several," which, though imprecise, certainly does not suggest substantial scope in the way that "all these properties" does.

They don't make "portable" generators big enough to power a building that size.

the tenants did not cut the stairs out, the owner of the building had it removed in order to separate the living space from the business space. Matter of fact, I believe they were required to do this.
that building never has been condemned.
"Required to remove the stairs"...sure thing stupid. Do you remember when the buildings owner put the place up for public auction and the initial bid of 50k got zero response? Or weren't you born yet.

Asswipe, the owner of the building was never Rende or Derella. The same guy has owned it since the '80s you clueless fk. The owner of a property is public knowledge, come on impress me who owns the building?

The doors in the building won't open or close and rain water runs from the roof to the cellar. The minute someone tries to get a permit to run a business in the place it will be inspected and condemned. Which pushes the owner to rip it down which costs money. The place will be sitting as is for quite a while.

The stairway was required to be removed to separate the rental space from the business space on the first floor.

the building was owned by Bruce ward. he never fixed anything. In the mid 1990'S there was a whole wing of it with holes in the roof and the building super Chalie Opacky used to have pans and rain gutters dirverting water that ran inside the building into sinks. In the abandoned wing. I saw the wing and it was still decorated in 1920's hotel rooms.
befor Bruce ward it was owned buy someone with the last name Sheldon? I think. I think Bruce ran the bar right after he got it. the Mark rendee. Then three Guys one was Larry Dack. Then Larry ran it by himself and it closed . Them a few years latter glory days opened. Bruce took the stair case out. The building was build in the 1880,s then burnt then fixed then burnt agin. Everytime they fixed it the made it a story taller which the under structur was not made for. if you look at it from the ally it is shaped like a stair case and leans twords the street.
