Business First, a publication based in Buffalo, used newly released figures from the 2012 U.S. Census Bureau's American Community Survey to analyze basic income and housing data for 455 school districts across Upstate New York.

The obvious solution to this is to dump more completely illiterate, unskilled and poverty-stricken New Americans into the area, where the social welfare system is clearly well prepared to take on the extra burden. I must contact the State Department from my Albany palace to see what I can do about that.
The next Blackhawk Down incident will be right here in American't. I can see it happening in West Utica or Cornhill, can't you?
