He was my divorce/custody lawyer and I won, he was on top of everything and very nice, we pushed my ex husband into an agreement before trial so that was excellent lol....I'm calling him today as a matter of fact to help me with another issue I'm having with my ex.....like I said he got the job done for me
He was bad for me

I've had him for a pd and he was late for court and I ended up doing sum time. I would never have someone go to him.

I too found myself under represented in a family court issue and I had hired him. I ended up firing him and seeked an alternate which with one appearance everything was settled. From personal experience, I'd never hire or recommend him to anyone looking for diligence or success.

I hired him for a civil trial. I ended up losing without ever being offered a chance to testify or even show my face in the courtroom. Out of the blue I got a letter in the mail telling me I lost. Would have been nice to explain my side of the story. He cost me that chance not to mention several grand. Nice guy? Absolutely. If I ever need a lawyer in the future would I hire him? No way.

I hired him, bad mistake. Currently in supreme court suit , recused judge now dragging their feet for change venue to federal court . I did report him to the states attorney board & he has been found in bad behavior. Too bad he thinks hes above all.

I had him as an Attorney and very seriously contemplated REPORTING him. He failed me miserably. I have never been in trouble and did better explaining myself to the the prosecution and Judge. Attorney Manley worsened my situation, which should NEVER have even been prosecuted. It was let go in another district where I explained the complainer as the person harassing me. Manley listened to a state employee who was harassing me and did NOT represent me at all. Hence, I should have reported him and almost did. I think statue of limitations is up BUT I still have considered reporting him.

ALL the comments about him doing NOTHING, 0, are 100% true.
