Heidelberg has fantastic bread for sure. FRED'S BREADS in Ilion is also top shelf with a more reasonable price.

I disagee, I've had breakfast there more than a few times and found the quality and quanity to be excellent, their breakfast sandwiches are huge and outstanding. The girls that work there are pleasant. A nice quiet place to sit and relax.

Okay, believe as you wish. Just remember when you bite into the supposed "delicious" bread, you could be eating all the filth as made by it. Your a fool to speak about something you truly no nothing about. Perhaps, if you were any kind of intteligent you'd have been able to figure out that maybe I might be an employee and see this everyday. But hey like I said enjoy your bread. Heidelberg, its in the bread aisle!

In good conscience you type this on a forum...have you also reported it to the health dept? If you continue to see it, and do nothing about it - you're no better than the employers or the business you're typing about.

I personally have never ate Heidelberg bread. But I have heard horror stories in the past of this place, from former employees. That dough was dropped on the floor and picked back up like nothing and used. I have also heard that back then crude people would but stuff into the dough mixtures. Just for a laugh of co-workers. But theses stories were back I would say a good 8-10 years ago. I haven't heard anything else until now. But it wouldn't surprise me, as someone else stated you take a risk any where you eat from.

I agree with redhead1st, as it iwould be the right thing to do. "turning them in" but as they have in the past, been turned , fixed it for a couple months and later continued their former bad habbits. It's just all around appauling.
