1) When the straw vote was done: No lines No waiting very fast.

2) October 18 vote we experience approx 500 more voters why the big crazy lines. 62 voters per hour more than the initial vote. 500 People over 8 hours created the voting nightmare? Makes you wonder if the number were cooked in the straw vote.

3) 97% of the New Vote voted 'NO"

4) Only 3% of the new vote was yes. Seems extremely disproportionate.

5) Comso made promises to teachers they would get raises when we became a "A" school

6) Cosmo himself would gain the largest pay raise in the district.

7) The taxpayers were going to have a tax hike no matter what. Essentially no tax savings as they promised.

Now....after knowing this. Why would any right thinking person vote for this merge, when it most certainly APPEARED to be the biggest scam perpetrated on the tax payers of the Mohawk Valley. The most outrage about the 'NO" vote is coming from the very ones who stood to gain the most. Keep spinning the story about losing sports and how this was about the kids. The people of Herkimer knew something wasn't right and they voted accordingly. The burden to prove what was right or wrong is not on the "NO" voter. It's upon the BOE. What was the n plan if the Merger was voted down? Was that ever discussed? What ideas were floated in the event of? It's always the same old story with BEO and Administration. Cut Sports and fire teachers. Because these are hot button issues with the voter and you guys know it. I'll bet it was even discussed in private to use these issues because they are more effective. Same old tactics. Frighten the voters, frighten the elderly. The "NO" people are not to blame. They should be commended for standing up and challenging this Merge. Exercising their RIGHTS, guaranteed by that little document we call the CONSTITUTION. Heaven forbid they dared to disagree with the plan Cosmo created. Perhaps if Cosmo and various other officials weren't so ambiguous and evasive when answering hard questions at the public meetings things may have gone better when the final vote was tallied. The people spoke on OCT 18th. All we hear now is what kinds of spiteful Un-Christian things you are planning for the voters of Herkimer. Real professional..........

I keep telling people how corrupt it is and no one will listen. From voting to the DA's office, our senator, lawyers, judges and police. How do you think these scum begs get in....by an honest vote...I DON'T THINK SO! Ask yourself how many times have you been called for jury duty. You can thank the john crandalls…goerge aneys of Herkimer County for the corruption! You can call us what you want but we know what dirty corrupt low life scum bags these people are and how they have no problems setting up innocent people putting them in prison or worst (legally killing them like Brain O’Conner)killing them. Sound like gangsters to you… Well these people are worse.

How can you get so much information so wrong? Did you even go to any of the meetings? And if so you would have heard the response to ?s But you and your no cronies seem to have all the answers. Well what are you going to do now? Try to get the entire staff to take a pay cut. That won't happen. It's called a contract. And if you attempt to change it you will be in breech of contract. And get sued by the union. Even if they all agreed to pay cuts. And they cut all extras It still won't put a dent in the 1.3 million gap. Which by the way will be 1.6 mil by the time you enter in inflation. This was not BOE's fault or teachers or adminisrations. this was the STATE. With all the cuts in state aid. But wait The State came up with a solution It was called $59 mil in incentive. Which in the long run would help the State save money. And help our ailing schools prosper but you anti merger people think you know better. You think this all one big scam. This is was so important that the state has set aside multi millions for school merger money. But yet you NO folks are now the experts. And you know so much more than the professionals who have explained this to you over and over again. And you've got the answers. Well lets hear them. And it better not be lets cut all the salaries. You've deprived these kids of a better education. And you seem to be so happy about it. Thats really sad.

The 59 million (spread oner many years) would have been eaten up by new contracts. In that case they would all not have minded reworking their contracts. If they are unwilling to renegotiate now in light if things it will tell you right then and there whether or not the merger was really about the kids. It's desperate people like you who believe false hopes and fake promises that allow people like Tangorra and his buddies to usually get away with whatever they want for themselves. Well not this time.

Ask corrupt under sheriff george treen or corrupt deputy sheriff paul rose the two dirtiest cops in Herkimer County about Brian they are the reason he is dead!… ask them about the cover-up. If you have been called for jury duty several times then your part of the good ole boy network.

He's the guy in Ilion about 7-8 years ago who shot at the cops as they were attempting to arrest him. He shot a Herkimer Cop, and the cops returned fire and blew his ass away. Some people have claimed wrong doing by the cops, but where I come from, ya just don't shoot at cops without expecting them to shoot back, right?
Some have claimed it was "suicide by cop", where a person wants to go out, and tries like hell to have others do it for them?
Don't believe this good ole boy..it was nothing but a cover-up thanks to Ilion cops and corrupt under sheriff george treen and corrupt deputy sheriff paul rose. See how fast the good ole boys jumped on this.....This is called covering up the cover-up by the good ole boys. You all know how dirty they are and how their games are played. Ask john crandall about the cover-up and treen and rose. You all know about george treen and paul rose and the corruption in the ilion police department over the last twenty years or so…

Everyone else is the problem, I'm so sick of people sitting and blaming everyone else for problems. It's like the Occupy Movement, most are people who don't want to work and don't bother going out and looking for work. Just sit back and blame everyone else. Maybe we would all like to live in Russia, Iran or North Korea where you would be put in jail for exercising your rights (which you don't have).
