I don't really have anything nice to say about Jeremy I think that he deserves to spend the rest of his life in Jail, he's lucky that I won't be on his jury. He's selfish and stole the life of a beautiful woman that was full of life. Tonya's children were the center of her world, she loved them very much. I can't imagine what her poor babies are going through they lost the most, and I also feel awful for parents. During the short time that I knew Tonya she impacted my life in such a positve way and I miss spending time with her, she always knew how to make you smile. She was a good friend and I think of her daily, I miss having her to talk too and I miss her advice. She gave so much to hereford and still had so much more to give. She'll be missed always and loved forever.

It is more of a shame you did not know Tonya. I did. Behind closed doors she was a crule person. Sleeping away while her kids played by themselves. She was abusive to her husband and he stood by her because she had been diagnosed as manic depressive. The night she died she had dumpped her babies with their father because she was not able to take care of them herself, even though she had a varse restrainging order put against him for a stupid mistake she made while driving crazy endangering her kids lives. She had started having his best friend over to their house while he was away to watch movies and have a few drinks. His best friend and her had an online relationship for over a year which the DA has copies of these emails. Jeremy always worked hard to bring home enough money to keep Tonya dressed nicely and give her and his kids everything she wanted. He also took care of her when she was sick and took care of his kids ontop of looking out for his family and friends. How often to you hear of a man who calls the police because he is abused. Not often and Jeremy has alot of pride in his family. The only time the cops were called is when Tonya flew off the handle and started abusing him. The cops never heard the other side of the story because of his pride. He always took the wrap for Tonya. There is one instance when she showed up at his place of employement and told him in front of coworkers that if he ever left her she would kill their oldest baby. He made excuses for Tonya being off the medication her doctor had her on and drove her home. He also took a few days off work out of fear for his daughters life. So you can talk about Tonya being a great person. It was all an act in public. I saw the other side of the door several times when she wasn't such an upstanding person. This case should be investigated for the abuse that was never reported. Because something is in the news dosn't mean it is correct.

It is a very sad day when someone (chatter; Abeline) feels the need to drag the name of a MURDERED mother through the mud! You should be ashamed of yourself!

You were obviously one of the little girls Jeremy had on the side who was quite jealous of Tonya. As for "making money to keep her dressed nicely" You obviously don't know your facts. Tonya (at times) worked 3 jobs because Jeremy wasn't working. When he did work, it never lasted long. I don't believe you know much about the investigation or events leading to that night, because Tonya had her kids with her when the MURDER was committed. IN FRONT OF HER CHILDREN!!!! What a scumbag. As for the restraining order, Tonya had to drive wrecklessly because Jeremy was chasing her, crazed and trying to hurt her and the kids. He pulled a gun on her, you can look that up in the jail log and see that he spent several days in jail for that incident along with 4 other charges. As far as things being mentioned in the newspaper and to how correct they are, you should not trust Jeremy's mouth either, because it is all garbage and lies. As for abuse, if she ever whipped his ass--he deserved it for all the mental torment and emotional abuse he did to her. Before you go dragging a dead women's name throught the mud, you should know the facts.

Wow, I am not quite sure where to even start. First of all, you must not know EITHER party involved because you are completely wrong in all of your descriptions. I'll begin with Tonya.
Slept away while her children slept? HA! When could she have possibly had time to do that? She worked ALL day and into the evening to support Jeremy and her kids. His job at Walmart couldn't even come CLOSE to paying any bills, particularly when he wasted most of the money on himself and his hunting obsession (hunting game AND women, mind you.)
Tonya certainly wasn't diagnosed as manic depressive. I have no idea where that even came from.
The night she died she HAD her children WITH her. Jeremy took them after he murdered her. Thank God they're okay.
The restraining order? Completely legit. He found out she had moved out and he was finally losing control of her and he didn't like it. He ran her off the road.
Jeremy had affair after affair the ENTIRE time they were married. He was caught in the act SEVERAL times by different people. Tonya finally had enough and moved away to make a better life for her and her children. How you can say that he kept her dressed on his barely minimum wage salary I'll never understand..... She certainly didn't live a lavish life, and anything she DID have was from her own hard work and dedication. And taking care of his children? Laughable. Again, anything they had was from TONYA and TONYA ALONE. In fact, it wasn't long before he got his job at Walmart that he was completely unemployed while Tonya solely supported the family.
Lastly, Tonya would NEVER have threatened to harm any of her children. You obviously knew NOTHING about her...and nothing about the selfish son of a bitch that she was married to...or you wouldn't have made such outlandish comments. She was one of my best friends and I knew her well. She deserved so much more than Jeremy ever had to offer her. He deserves to rot in jail. And you deserved to hear the truth.
