Judge denies trooper's motion to end fatal shooting suit

Sounds like he shouldn't have run from police. It all could have been avoided had he just pulled over. This guy's mother is just a vulture trying to make money off of her dead son. Bad decision your honor. Dismiss the suitand tell mom your criminal son just met the fate associated with that lifestyle and his poor decisions.
