Fire Kills Four Children in Hereford

A Panhandle house fire claims the lives of four children. And officials believe playing with matches is to blame.

My heart goes out to Danielle for the lost of her children. While reading this article, alot of questions go unanswered though. Not to say that she is, or was, a bad mother, but why did she not check on her kids when she realized her house was on fire? Why would anyone leave their home knowing that their children were in danger? Where was the father/husband?(Assuming that there is one involved) Where was she that she couldn't get to them on time? I am not implying that it was her fault, but still, one has to look at all angles of any story... which are the facts.

These children were not called by God to die a horrible painful death. They were born to a reckless mother who was hiding from CPS.

If you know something that would help the police dept please contact the Hereford Police Dept and assist in the investigation. We have been told that a witness saw her drive up to the house when it was on fire.

my mom was the first person to arrive on the scene. and danielle was in the front yard screaming for her babies... she was on the ground screaming my babies my babies!!! and my mom was the one who was trying to break into the house to get them. i dont think she started the fire and im not sure if she was home but what i do know is that my mom and 2 other neighbors were the ones trying to get those kids out not her!

I understand that Ms. Duran has had another baby. The father of the four deceased children is in prison for child molestation, and the boyfriend as of the date of the fire was only 19.

What are Ms. Duran's parents doing - their daughter is extremely dangerous to children.

Also, two nights after the fire, Ms. Duran and her friends were at the Dairy Queen laughing and acting silly. Her children had not even been buried yet!!!

Im not judging anyone thats gods job, But Im a mother of 5 and im sorry but if any,much less all of my children were burning in a house,I can assure you I would be inside trying to get them out and if I couldnt I would burn right there with them.

these comments are terrible, lets not speak without walking in her shoes, there are innocent children that died here put aside your differences of this mother for a moment and take in consideration that nobody knows the truth of what happen here and nobody can judge her but god himself, this is the problem w the world today the moment some people have a chance to say such things they don't even think twice of how it can effect the loved ones around this family this mother will deal with her loss in her own way and nobody has any right to speak such things as you all are doing in this ad, as my Grandmother said many yrs ago what you spit in the air will eventually fall flat on your face so becareful!
