Post info here and see if anyone even bothers to investigate. Free info for police. Will anything happen? Last night at WalMart around 10:00 a pink Chrysler 300m driven by a woman pulled in next to a red Dodge or Plymouth Neon, walked over to the drivers window and exchanged something (obviously drugs) for money. I have watched this same scenario numerous times in the same spot as I have been pulling out of Walmart late in the evenings. Why don't we spend some of the money we pay the snitches to buy some cheap cars equipped with undercover officers to patrol high drug areas? I know (not as friends) several people who openly brag that they don't worry about being arrested because they are paid informants.

there r several things that the public can do to help law enforcement so that the knarks can get arrested to because all there information gets them the money to buy drugs themselves or to keep from getting put in jail for drugs. My whole point is that is like beating a dead horse so is it not that you and i can be a big help remember u have the tip line and a cell phone automobiles have plates thank you

I have called in several times. Once I even stuck around to see what happened. Watched the officer talk to the people, take the drugs, handcuff two of them, then let them go after about 5 minutes of talking to one of the guys. This is what started my complete and total distrust of the entire system in this county.

r u a brave person if so why not make a citizens arrest whatch the dealer make phone call wait until police show up wait until police confronts dealer go to the officer and let him or her you are present now the police officer will have to call the problem in. What do u have now? First u see the crime second u call third officer confronts forth u make your self known only to the officer as a witness of the crime and of the officer reporting the crime.... One thing to remember is that matter who has drugs on them they r breaking the law thank you

I must ask, you hate criminals but you hate Confidential Informants too?
Are you not wanting the law enforcement agencies to use these? May I ask you why you feel this way?
Thank You.

I get so sick of this universal idea that a snitch is a bad thing. These snitches are a valuable resource to the police. I want to yell to everybody that the term "snitch" is positive. As I read on Topix, it's just scum-of-the-earth sounding folks who are afraid or watching out for snitches. Snitches can put criminals in prison. That is wonderful.

I hate them myself, its because informants are the worse of the worst scum there is,in the end when they cant perform any longer they go to jail to,why should law officers get paid big salaries to sit back getting fat eating dounuts while somebody else does their job for them.It puts a bullseye on the informnts back and could possibly and has caused damage and death to the persons life. Most informants get cut special "deals" to stay out of prison when they usually end up there in the end, these special "deals" are a form of descrimination to others criminals,we all deserve our rights by the constitution, criminal or not.One person should not legaly or illegaly be favored because they snitched thier friend out.If they freely want to engage in those activities then by all means, join a police acadamy and do what millions of our tax dollars are spent on the training of officers to do.Millions are spent every year training officers for the same activity they use informants for. Some of this funding should be cut if not fully utilized and what it do,for them to sit on thier azz and let some scum do thier job and potentially endanger family or friends that dont engage in illeagal activity.Snitch on the wrong person and they find out who you are could get your parents, kids, sibling, friends people you work with or anyone else you know F up or killed because they want revenge on you snitching or informing,it happens alot more then you think. You can and alot of people do either get brought into or their name brought up in court cases right in front of the eyes or ears of the person they informed on.

I hate criminals, informants are the worst of the worst and most cops dont give a dam who they endanger by using them as long as they got a bust under there belt.

There was a case once in Indiana where the officers talked somebody into ratting thier dealer out, well thier dealer was well set with money nad hired a reknowned defense attorney. When this attorney asked one of the oficers on the stand where they got their info,he didnt hesitate to say the guys name right in front of the court and the dealer that was on trial(this was in a jury trial). The attrorney swaned the jury, the dealer got all his charges dropped to one miniscule felony and walked out with a slap on the wrist.A few weeks later, the named snitch was being zipped up in a body bag with a bullet in his back.

You see,the informant informed, the dealer bascialy walked out scott free and they informant ended up in the morgue and was buried as an unsloved murder.

A guy died and the cops didnt follow up on the case very well because well it was just some scum they stopped one night. The guy had kids. Now fatherless kids thanks to the statements of thiers in the court room, the dealer walked, two children had a dead father. Now if they would have just put the informant in jail,he would have done the time for his crime may have only gotten probation, maybe learned his lesson and those kids would still have a father. The statemnet of the officer was directly responsible for the murder of the informant.
