Williard is a nice person, but she has become a career politician- time to get out and live work among the masses.

If you are trying to say you are for term limits i agree.
I would love to see the republicans get some fresh new candidates for these smaller offices.

I wonder why is it that a president can get his work done in 8 years max but every other politician feels they need to be there in office forever.
I think 8 years is more then enough for any politician. Either they fixed the problem or made it worse either way its time they moved on.

Willard Helander has provided better services than all those before her. She has rocked government and treated all constituents fairly - like customers.

Only one candidate in this race can actually do the job. Willard is widely considered the top Clerk in the state for a reason!

Willard is a nice person and does a fibulas job keeping this important office running smooth and without controversy. We are all proud of the office she runs. It is first out with accurate election results, it mailed our military ballots on time and the office has a national reputation for integrity.

Willard deserves and we need her for another term!!!!
Go Willard

Guess the voter who likes term limits is ready to see Mike Madigan, Terry Link and Susan Garrett go. Lawmakers pass laws to help themselves. Willard Helander is an administrator and does a bang up job keeping elections accurate, fair and equally open to all voters.

Guess the term limits advocate above is ready to see Mike Madigan, Terry Link and Susan Garret gone from office? They pass laws and can help themselves and their friends. The county clerk is an administrative job - and Ms Helander does a bang up job making sure all voters are treated fairly, elections are accurate and the process is open and professional.

Had to go to the Round Lake Traffic court to pay a fine today. Stood in line for 30 minutes while one person sat behind the counter assisting those taxpayers attempting to pay their fines. The line was long and all the other clerks behind the counter in the office area occasionally glanced at the line and went about their business. Another fine example of our government in action. 20 people in the office, one actually working. What a crock.
