Richards To Seek Re-Election

Rochester Mayor Tom Richards says he is running for re-election this November. The mayor said he did not want to make the announcement now, but added he felt compelled to get on the record after Rochester City Council President Lovely Warren said recently she was considering a run.

I guess he thought he was going to have an easy unopposed lazy run for Mayor, especially after Duffy's nut tickling endorsement. Oh crap, now he has to do some work, poor baby!
