Now if only they could do this for the entire city weekly it might not look like such a Sh1t hole on every other street since they refuse to clean up their trash and beer bottles.

The tires on the street sweepers are going to pop from the dozens of hepatitis-infected needles, cracked chicken bones, and broken bottles of 40oz "malt beverages."

Why spend the time and money? They are talking about filling it in anyways. Hell, letís make it a land fill for the rest of the year and they top it with some dirt and build some apartments that the people that live in the city canít afford.

Gee, you're the high and mighty intelligent Miss Prissy, I am sure you can tell me. And I'm not your mother(Thank god)or father!

I are serious? It isn't a word. The proper word is "figuratively". I can't believe you just set yourself up like that! Lol! Actually, I CAN believe that you did!

They'd probably still want to hoe it out first. Maybe they could temporarily hire some city residents who have the days free to do it. I think David Gantt might know of a few.

How come you never ever hear of a town in the suburbs having to organize and get people from all over to clean up it's property's? But yet every city with a high minority population needs to do these things?

was referring to the clean sweep programs in the city not the inner loop.

I've lived in SEVERL urban cities in different STATES throughout this country and Rochester is the ONLY one I've ever seen a "clean sweep".

J/S !!!

Can you prove a link to EVERY city with a high minority population verifying this....please?
