Henrietta Teen Stabbing Suspect Claims Self Defense

Rochester / Henrietta, N.Y. --- A 16-year-old accused of stabbing his 13-year-old cousin last month pleaded not guilty Wednesday to charges of Attempted Murder and Assault.

Here this Muslim 16 yo man stabbing a 13 yo girl multiple times and cries self defense. Really? Does anyone with a brain buy that. At 16 he is prime for Insurgent Terror Training back gome in Afganhistan. The only place I would like to see this little puke in in the crosshairs. I swear it would not be difficult to get the truth outta Jr. 5 minutes with me and the whole story would be clear and the BS self defense would be gone.

His lawyer now says that he is 15 years old, not 16 and that his birth certificate is wrong (what else could possibly be wrong on it?).
If they can 'prove' this, it will change the court proceedings a lot and he will get a lighter 'juvenile' sentence.
No witnesses, basically it's his word against hers now. She needs a lawyer with bigger fangs than his.

what birth cerfificate? He was born in Muzzimstan, they dont use birth certificates, it's written on some old papyrus scroll and they all use the same 10 names in various combinations - like ordering a pizza.
Ever try to get a copy of your own American birth certificate here in NY State? It's easy to pull your own wisdom teeth out with pliars. Let alone get one with the raised bumpy seal.
