Another rat hole opens. Blacks that do not want to work supervised by blacks that do not want to work serving blacks that do not want to work. What poor service. I made a mistake of going there. It will end up like the last franchisee of KFC in Rochester. Shut down by the health dept.

I love fried chicken. My family loves fried chicken. I wouldn't need to be stranded on an island to eat the hell out of some fried chicken. I never could understand how it is offensive for someone to like fried chicken. Even if I didn't like fried chicken and someone said repeatedly that I did, how could I be offended? It's just a food. What is offensive about liking fried chicken? Are people that hard up for things to be offended over?

I went after work the other day. The service sucked for sure. They ran out of Potato Wedges, biscuits and Chicken pot Pies at 12:30PM. I waited 20 minutes. Poor Managemnet or No managemnet. Blacks standing around doing nothing. It has been opened a few weks and it is already screwed up.

Why is watermelon, chicken and kool-aid a black stereotype? Simple, because it pisses black people off. One of my favorite sayings is “Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it”. The question is, why do black people get so upset when they are associated with these innocuous foods? Look how the Italians react when we associate them with meatballs or look how woman react when we associate them with chocolate. For the most part, they totally own these food references and most would be happy to agree with the stereotype. Their reaction is positive. It's still a stereotype but why does it have to be considered negative? When a white person brings up fried chicken or watermelon in reference to a black person then everyone knows what the intent is. The intent is to anger the black person and the black person then rewards the white person with their anger. If black people were well known for bragging about their awesome chicken recipes passed down from many generations and if blacked people laughed along at how good grape soda was then white people couldn't use these things to anger you. Essentially, the food is just a food, it's the intent that is causing the friction.

Does anyone remember the old KFC's that were closed down by the Monroe County Health Department for rat feces and all types of bugs. Many got sick as well form the East Main Store. The one on East Main was closed several times. The same will happen to these new stores. Its called management and lazy blacks. The blacks will sure screw up these stores as well.

I heard that, I'm black and my favorite dish is lasagna as well. I eat all ethnic foods. I love my soul food and eat it with pride. I also know lots of white people, southern and northern, that love soul food too. Stamp out those stereotypes!

I'll eat just about anything from any culture. I love going to cultural events if only to just to try the food. Ha ha, my favorite food is also lasagna. When I make it, I cook a huge pot of sauce and meatballs, way more than I need, and then when it's time for the meat layers on the lasagna I mash up some of the meatballs and ladle sauce over the top. That way, I don't run out of meat sauce and I can freeze the rest of the meatballs and sauce to have with spaghetti. It's a 24 hour affair so I make 2 huge pans.

You can't tell based on this forum, but most of us just want to get along. The rest come here.
