I don't understand how PPD picks and chooses which drug dealers they want to target in Paducah. It seems like they catch 1 and throw the book at him...but then they let others get away with it for as long as they want. I just don't get it.

It is because the ones that get the book are the ones who refuse to sing or rat on their connections. The ones they slap on the wrist are the ones that are weak and tell all they know.

exacly right wverybody knows paducah is full of snitches. weve all seen the interrogation tapes the same people on them are the same people out walkin around mingling with the ones they ratted on. im not sayin i condon legal sells cause i wouldnt want my children rolling down that path but i feel if you get caught that means you slipped up so accept it face you consequences and do your own time. the street life is definitely not forever. just like they subcom to the justice system so will the next without your help
