You build nothing. You just ask some of your rich residents to get the money for something in Point Pleasant, the town with no class at all!

Whoever said earlier that whatever Point has, Wahama has to have too, is 100% right.
What's your point? Why shouldn't all the schools have the same perks? If it were Wahama that got the new field, don't hesitate for a minute to think that Point would be fuming!

Typical "Point has it so we need it!" mentality.
They had a track team for one year and they want a track. Point ran on dirt for years, won state titles on that dirt track, but you can't tell the Bend Area people that.
if they "won" for years on that dirt field, why did they need a new one? wasn't that back in the day when they were AAA? and they won? boo hoo, so why are they upset about returning to that class. obviously they can compete. why did those people send a letter to the state complaining about being AAA? it was in the paper, and it would be embarassing to me if it were my school. it was embarassing that it was from mason co. gee whiz. I guess randy searls reading it made himself feel "big". lol.

They have taken $80,000 out of the instructional supply budget for the past three years for the church of the divine pigskin, and still have no shitters.

They will never quit crying about the new field we don't think we are better than u but you sure make it possible by crying about it u will never get a new field because all u want to do is cry about ours instead of doing something about it but after driving through your end of the county I can see why u people are complainers and not very productive clean up your town and your attitude improve your work ethic and you will find that with some hard work u can accomplish a lot like a new athletic facility and no the stadium isn't paid for yet but they are still WORKING on getting paid for the contractor that is owed the money is getting paid in payments I know this because I often WORK for them so stop complaining and get off your lazy butts and do something about it!!!!!!!

There is more to do and more business up river than down in that dirty little town known as Point Pleasant. You people need to clean that place up. The only new things you have are the schools and dollar store. We take care of business and our people. That stadium was never meant to be owned by one school and you guys know it. Just another mess made by school leaders.

Just close that school up north. Let the people move to Ohio. Then we can let PP's scummy people move north to clean up our town.

sure - let them use the facility - make them buy the tens of thousands of dollars of track supplies required and then they can do their own track meet

The money was given so Mason County Scholls would have a sports complex. All school were to be able to use and have equal access. The contractor has not been paid! Ask!!! Only 10,000 here, 6,000 there! The contractor is still owed over 280,000$ people of mason county READ and ASK questions! It's public record go speak to your superintendent she will have to tell you the truth.
You are a complete idiot. You know absolutely nothing of what you speak. The money was not given to Mason County Schools - it was given to Point Pleasant Jr/Sr High School for an athletic complex. Otherwise the field would say Mason County - not Point Pleasant. If you people want an athletic complex then start a booster group & go out & raise the money. That's how Point got theirs. Grow up & get over yourselves.

Point Pleasant is a town with no class where the people fight among themselves. The haves do not associate with the have nots and there is a terrible atmosphere where those who think they are better than thier neighbors look down thier noses at the others. I would not live in Point Pleasant if someone gave me a house! I have the class that those who think they are better than others and live in Point Pleasant don't. I am glad I was not cursed by my parents living in Point Pleasant.

I thank God that I live in the Bend Area where there is mutual respect between neighbors and everyone is equal. We have the class that Point Pleasant wishes they had and tries to act like they have. It is called mutual respect for our friends and neighboors.
LOL. You're just a bunch of inbred idiots.

Randy Searls is on the MASON COUNTY Board of Education - not the Point Pleasant Board of Education. People from Point Pleasant don't like him either! And about moving back up to AAA. 20 years ago when they were AAA there weren't all these consolidated schools with 2000 students like there are today. A school with 738 students is supposed to be able to compete with schools 3 times their size? You people are not too bright.
