PVH Lawsuit

Judge Nibert should be commended and publicly applauded for his honesty and integrity he demonstrated in his comments in a recent article in the newspaper. His offer to recuse himself from the PVH Lawsuit due to potential conflicts of interest is a sterling example of the kind of honesty and transparency that all of our public officials should take lessons from, and follow religiously; including PVH Board members and administrators, managers, and employees. He is setting the bar high for you, now try for it. Hopefully, these former employees will also be granted a change of venue, in the true interest of justice.

This is no doubt one of the more thoughtful and helpful and astute comments ever posted on this site. There is much PVH has hidden from the Public and their employees. They simply refuse to be honest; and we all know that even with their efforts to suppress the truth there are still huge and obvious ethical issues there: perhaps legal and regulatory as well. And that is simple fact based on what gets leaked in spite of their efforts. Judge Nibert will obviously have many critics; all from those where the rulings went against them. It is great to see something objective and positive on here; and I absolutely agree that it is time for PVH to follow his lead.

Instead if bashing Jeremy, who is my cousin, try and understand that things happen to good people. I love Jeremy whole-heartedly, and David is a loving husband and father. Work on your own family and insecurities and leave mine alone.

You're probably a convict who he helped put in jail. Cleaning slime off the streets like yourself is what he does.
