Additional road tolls seem inevitable
It's becoming increasingly obvious this state's Division of Highways will need to use tolls on additional state roads to cover the costs of major improvements.

Well if they do in those counties what they have done in raleigh county the roads will still be crappy and the citizens out four bucks. I travel all over the state and can tell you raleigh county major roads are the worst.

Have you ever noticed that there are no tolls NORTH of Charleston? Isn't that for the most part where a greater amount of traffic is? Why isn't there one on the road from Huntington to Charleston? Or one from Morgantown down?
The tolls are a horrendous burden for the southern part of the state, which by fate is the poorest. Share the load Gov Joe- go north with toll booths.
