We like Francisco's!
He has always been very nice to us.
For everyone talking about how they didn't get their guacamole or had a bug in your food:
No restaurant is perfect by any means!
Bugs are everywhere...we live in East Texas. I understand that was gross, and trust me, I would have complained too...but that honestly could happen anywhere.
Also, sometimes you have to remind the waiter/waitress to get you something you need. Don't be so picky about the service. I have been a waitress before and sometimes you are so busy with so many tables that you do forget stuff every now and then. They don't mean anything by it. If you don't understand what I am trying to say...go try being a waitress! I would love to see all of the people that complain about small things try to do it themselves. Now, if they're just down right rude and ignore every thing you ask...that's another story!
Servers are expected to do a job above and beyond average. Average means you do not "forget stuff" -- and heck yea it's a demanding job. If you are not up to it, then find another one.
And.. umm.. bug in the food? Yes, there are plenty of bugs in East Texas. Quality control is a set of checks... the cook should check.. you should check. Most people I see talking about restaurants in Henderson seem never to have eaten at fine-dining establishments. Servers are expected to be professionals. While Henderson cannot afford to pay the same wage, you are still expected to act as a professional.
And bugs + food only happens in restaurants that USED TO BE in existence; the health dept. shuts those down (or should).
