Since your children is young put in a nice, clean and stable environment that will be around until they finish daycare. Example church day cares. Not the poor excuse of some family run day cares that has already begin the downward spiral. Having to consaladate two day cares already. Unstable managment. Church is the best. Strong and reliable.

I've had both my kids at Hand N Hand preschool at Calvary Baptist Church. I've been very satisfied and my kids look forward to going. Very friendly and professional staff.

Have heard wonderful things about Calvary's preschool. My child goes to Love and Learning Childcare and we like it very much.

You can't compair the quality between a church run daycare and a babysitting service like a family run daycare . been to both , church daycare is hands down the best and educational

Wasn't it a bunch of girls from the church daycare that went out drinking and got in a fist fight not to long ago.....? I'd rather have adults taking care of my child. And who cares if its family run, there a great family. And my kids are taught there not just babysat..

I'm not getting in a pissing contest over childcare, look at them all find which one is best for your family... I know my children will be at southwood until they start school, and then they'll be in the after school program... my children love it there and learn so much I couldn't see ever using another.... I know Mrs crystal will let you walk through and see for yourself....

Lol. Dont mistake her "letting" you look around as kindness, State requires an open door policy. The trick is finding her there. Whats going to happen to all the childen they care so much about when they relocate to Full Armor? If you are a single parent working or going to school and on CCS, church and State dont mix. So if you are wanting stability, I would look at the church preschools from the beginning. To search the website for all licensed facilities, church and private, google Texas childcare licensing and choose option-search for childcare.

south wood is probably the biggest daycare. Excel is very well run. Ivy League looks awful on the outside. Several churches have preschools with limited care in the summer. Calvary baptist, first baptist, first Methodist. A few home based like Love and learning and a few women who take care of kids in their house.
