He prescribes Phentermine 37.5 tablets. Blood work is done on the first visit and if it indicates you have a low thyroid function, a prescription for Levothyroxine is mailed to you in a couple of days. You will lose about 10 lbs. a month on average.

They worked for me. I lost 50 lbs. and went from a 38" waist to 33" in 6 months. Some weeks I lost several lbs. and other weeks I didn't lose any weight. Don't get discouraged if your weight doesn't drop every day. It will take time. Don't try to starve yourself to make it happen. It will come. I would also advise you to try to reduce your sugar as much as possible. Good luck.

If I remember correctly they open at 7AM Monday - Saturday except Thursdays. People would show up at 6AM to sign a clipboard to see the Dr. on a first come basis. They accept the first 100 patients before lunch and the first 60 patients after lunch. On Saturday they only accepted patients until lunch. I would wait until about 10AM so I didn't have to battle the crowd that showed up early and hope that the 100 patient limit hadn't been reached. Only rarely did I have to sign the 1PM clipboard. I don't think they make appointments by phone. I hope this helps.

Yes, he's still there for all you searching for you're "legal" speed...but trust me the effects are very addicting and you're body gets used to it pretty quickly and he just keeps on giving it instead of taking a break off it like you should. So think long and hard before you make that decision and try some exercise and eating right first...that is if wanting to loose weight is really your true intentions of going.

Dr. Hamilton requires a two month break after each six months on the weight loss program. Some people have a low thyroid condition that causes them to be overweight and the levothyroxine helps them to lose weight as much as the phentermine does. I've had success as a result and to insinuate that people go to him just to get "legal speed" as you call it is insulting. You should know what you're talking about before asking anyone to trust you.
