I have been on HF for 2 week and have lost almost 10 lbs. I do not take the appetite suppressants but take an all natural prescription to suppress my appetite that HF recommends. I feel great and beginning to look REALLY GOOD!

you don't need all this weight losing junk! All you have to do is eat healthy and exercise. Spend your money wisely and join the gym. My husband has lost over 100lbs. by changing his eating habits and going to the gym,and I have lost 40lbs. We eat lots of veggies and fruit, and chicken, fish, brown rice , wheat bread., no white flour, sugar, or sodas., and drink lots and lots of water. I promise you will see results!

Sounds like Healthy Figures but even less carbs. Some folks need a support system and a kick start. This place provides a healthy learning curve to get you started to a healthier life. It's not for everyone. But I sure swear by it. 4+ years and still at the perfect weight and able to exercise now.

I started healthy figures in dec. 2011 .I have lost 104 pounds sofar. It is the only diet that has ever worked for me i have tied them all. I have some hair that is thinning dont know if it is from the diet pill or my age lol or the large amount of weight loss. i would tell anyone to do it i no longer take blood pressure meds . I also have the engery to jog 3 miles on the treadmill everday.

I have been 4 years and holding. I have been off all meds 4 years and no longer have sore knees and back. I check in at their office periodically to weigh and see any new products that they have. Totally love the plan. My hair never thinned....have your hormones checked. Could be a change there.

Healthy Figures changed my life! I lost 57 lbs in 5 mths & have kept it off since Nov. 2011! They told me during my consultation to ignore the part about only eating 500 cal because I was skeptical about joining. The key to freedom for me was NOT counting calories, points, carbs, or anything! I hated meat but learning to eat high protein, low carb, FINALLY got me off of the FAT roller coaster! I was amazed! I learned that insulin is THE fat storing hormone! Without the presence of insulin, fat can NOT be stored! SUGAR releases insulin! No matter what diet you go on, the body ALWAYS burns sugar before EVER burning fat! Learn what CARBS release insulin into your bloodstream & IF you are willing to decrease them, you HAVE to lose weight! If you litterally want to MELT fat, totally detox your bloodstream of all sugar! HOW?? By doing EXACTLY what Healthy Figures recommends! They are a medically supervised facility & super friendly! I thank God for them everyday!

I have done healthy figures since 2010. I had went from 145lbs. to 122lbs in about a 6 month period. I had kept it off BUT as soon as I stop taking the pills I become so hungry and eat everything in sight. I've gotten to the point to where my body is almost immune to the pills and my hunger is starting to be more aggressive. I don't know if I need to tell them so they can increase my dosage but I am afraid they will look at me like I'm out of my mind. So, with this being said I am pretty much in a tight spot at the moment on what to do. On the up side, I LOVE the combo shot. I lose crazy amounts of water weight and it also helps with my sweet cravings.

The people I know that have done it kept the weight off if you honestly make a lifestyle change and don't view it as a diet! It's medically overseen and well worth it the Caraluma is worth the cost and so is the combo shot. I am doing it right now I have followed the diet strictly and am seeing amazing results and honestly never feel hungry. Sure I want junk every now and then but it's a mental thing for me. If I can get past the craving period I am just fine. It's a lifestyle change not a quick fix if you go back to doing what you did before yes you will gain it all back and then some.

Good post but not entirely accurate... Just for clarification, insulin itself will not make u fat. Consuming fats in the presence of insulin will cause fat to be stored. Insulin will shuttle nutrients into the bloodstream, so it can be beneficial with the right timing. Eating anything in a calorie surplus will cause fat gain, even if it's chicken or other healthy food. Not bashing u in any way!

I got a simple solution back away from the table. When you get so big your back is nothing but a back with a crack no ass that means you're too big. And your belly is not called Rolls when you have three or four bellies you can stick all four of your fingertips in between your skin on your belly that is pure fat. Very sad when you won't even try to stay healthy for your family and go outside and play with your kids. He would rather lay around and be a lazy ass been like that you won't be living long
