I know you are frustrated, but who sounds like the bully now? A threatening post qualifies as bullying. And on MLK day! A man who advocated for just treatment for all, but through peaceful measures. Be careful that your actions do not become the same as the actions of those you wish to change.

The gov and schools can't do anything you mite catch a few but not all types of bullying what needs to happen is these kids need to stand up to the bullies parents need to tell there kids to stand up to them don't cower away i personally told my daughter let it go twice and tell them to stop if talking doesn't work i told her to nock the little shi? There isnt a 100 percent solution. We tell our kids "don't do drugs" "don't have sex" "don't drink alcohol" don't pick on other kids". We sit down an have conversations with our kids. These kids know these things and they do it anyways. But blaming the school isnt going to help.

Schools CAN do something. In Michigan schools and juvenile courts took on a no tolerance policy for bullying that involved sever consequences and even jail time for parents that didn't participate in family counseling to stop their child's bullying others. And it WORKED. Bullying is down to almost nothing compared to what it was. If schools throw up there hands or fail to act because they don't have 'proof' of bullying when its been reported to them by the child, the parents, and other involved professionals, then the schools are liable for whatever tragedies will inevitably follow.

What about the community gatherings? Football games? Going to the mall? The movies? Facebook? Is the school to blame for this? Can the school help?

Sounds like people want the government to raise their kids instead of people actually parenting. How about talking to your children, find out if they are being bullied or the one bullying, and teach then the proper outlets to handle the situation.

let us love one another for god is love. go by the golden rule treat others the way you want to be treated.we as parents and school officals we can only teach our kids to be the best they can be and be respectful to others.,but all indivuals have a right to take up for them selves.i agree if a bullied person tells on a bully then they find out you are a snitch and it only makes things worse for the victim.if the school system sees that the victim gets to the point that they dont care if they get into trouble and knocks the shit out of them and then what consequences it sure as hell will make me feel better that the bullier knows that he or she best be aware you dish out if you cant take it then dont dish it out cause we all have a right to defend ourselves and you will learn to go on with yourselves or face the consequences no more with me putting up with your goodie goodie ass and u think im a low life im gonna start fighting back even if i do get into trouble for it so what the hell at the end of the day i know in my heart i did the right thing and stood up for myself if i won the fight or lost the fight right is right and wrong is wrong go on with ya bulling as and leave me alone before i make u wish u did leave me alone.

i did not make a threat, no different than a flier put out there to catch bad guys, im not a bully, but these kids that are bullying need to know that people are watching them and it will not be put up with, and i mean in a legal sense not some childish mannor.

Children need not to be afraid to talk to kids about all problems.
