Police say this and police say that. Since we cannot trust or believe anything the Henderson police say, anyway, this may be a cover-up or revenge plot by the Henderson police for what every lie or story they come up with.

The perp in question is being held in jail for culpability in the speed racing incident that caused the girl's unnecessary death.
Justice is swift in the county.

The driver was a friend of mine. His name is mike. He had been drinking and so had the driver of the other car, david. David skimmed the side of mikes car and mike overcorrected and crashed. Olivia (the 15 year old who was killed) died on scene.. She was "half-ejected" mike made a stupid decision but he isn't the only one at wrong, yet he's the only one taking major charges and 99% of the blame.. David was drinking and driving also.. And oliva refused to wear a seatbelt. Things like this happen, its part of life. I don't think mike should get away scott-free but he doesn't deserve his life to be ruined over one stupid mistake..

If the laws & punishments were harsher than what they are, people of all ages would think more before breaking one of these laws.
It's a senseless crime that could have been averted, and the little girl alive and attending school.

A very sad time for a lot of people.
This is not only about who is or was wrong, it is about a life that was lost due to very bad judgment on all the children. This is about lives that will forever be changed due to this horrific accident that could have been prevented. Yes, they are children, teenagers that know right from wrong, that understand that making bad choices has its affects on not just themselves but families and friends.
My son paid his respects to Olivia this week and remarked how sad and very scary all of this is. We have discussed many of times the carelessness of teen drivers, drinking, drugs etc. This was a wake-up call for him, and an accident that I am sure will live in his memory forever.
This is not a time to point fingers at any of these children. This is not the time to discuss and comment who was wrong or at fault. This is not the time for anything but remembering who Olivia was and who she will remain to be to all of us.
I hope as the students from Coronado or wherever for that matter read this, will stop and think..think long and hard about choices and decisions you make. Every action has a recation!
My heart goes out to all the families and of course friends to everyone involved in this horrible accident.

I want to agree with you but it's simply not true. These (incredibly bad) decisions to drink and drive are almost NEVER "thought about" ahead of time. The usual "thought process" is something to the effect of "I can handle it" and/or "I'm not drunk".

Sad but true. I know it IS a part of life, but it shouldn't be.

Let's keep in mind tht Mike Mosely had a restricted license. He was to drive to and from school only. He had that due to three traffic related incidents since he received his license in March 2008. The restriction also said he was to have NO teenage passengers in his car. So how was he driving late at night on Friday? Where were the parents - his dad is a Judge - to enforce this court ordered mandate? If my kid had three traffic violations in the 6 months after receiving his license I bet he would have no lciense, not a restricted one. Did Daddy help get that restriction instead of a suspension then not even bother to teach his kid to live by the rules?

I feel that the need to tell and remind some folks about crime and punishment is now.
Emotions aside, realistic sensibilities tell all of us that driving/alcohol/drug crimes need to be punished harsher so that individuals cannot hide under looser laws and commit these horrendous crimes.

Restricted license or not Mike will live with this forever. We can not sit here and wonder what his parents did or did not do. This is not our place. I am not defending Mike in the least, but as we are not aware of EVERYTHING his parents have done to correct, help or teach their son, we should not judge them. Because his father is a judge - does that really matter? He is a father first, judge second. We can not accuse the parents of not doing "their job". There are times when I do not have complete control of my teenage sons either. Oh I would like to, but that is just not possilbe. I tell my son he will not drive in LV until he is 18, shows serious responsibility in his actions, attitude and grades. However, I am a parent who does not always make the right choices either, but I do my best and learn from the mistakes that I make as well. I feel for Mikes family as I feel for all the families...but the focus should be Olivia right now. Mike will pay dearly I am sure..emotionally, mentally, and otherwise. Does this bring Olivia back to her family and friends? NO! That is what these children will never forget and will live with until the end of time.

Get over your issues! No one from the police dept was driving nor did they cause the crash. If you are looking to lay blame try the driver of the car and unfortunately that poor yong lady for not using better judgement.

GET OFF HONORABLE JUDGE DONALD MOSLEY & HIS SON. LETS STATE SOME FACTS HERE

1. Nevada has a .02 blood alcohol limit for drivers under 21.

Take a look at the Nevada DMV's website. That is where I obtained this information.

Do YOU SEE .02 is the LIMIT. Could have been cough syrup in his system. If this 16 year old was leaving a party especially in this city if he WAS SO INTOXICATED SEEMS TO ME HE WOULD HAVE BEEN OVER THE LEGAL LIMIT being .02

The investigation is not even complete and the public is making very unbiased opinions towards Honarable Judge Donald Mosley and his son Michael.

Michael WAS NOT DRIVING THE VEHICLE THIS TEEN WAS DRIVING IN. Everyone has seen Michael's truck.(Is that even legal for the media to steal an incarcarated minor's photo off the internet then blast it all over the media?)

LETS ALL GET REAL.. IF A 16 YEAR OLD IS DRUNK AND DRIVING THIS TRUCK AT ALLEGED SPEEDS. HE WOULD HAVE ENDED UP EXACTLY LIKE THE OTHER TEEN WHO DID WRECK, ROLL HIS TRUCK SEVERAL TIMES RESULTING IN THIS GIRLS DEATH

Michael was OBVIOUSLY not "Sreet Racing" would have had the same outcome.

But the media & public want to blast an Honorable Judge & his son. You don't become the longest running District Court Judge in ANY state for having a dishonest career. Not only that Donald has spent his entire career giving back to this community in a positive way. Especially helping with troubled youths and teens... And as an adult when you do come before him, he is a no non-sense you do the crime your gonna do the time judge. Judge Mosley looks at each case seperate with MUCH time and attention. And does give first time NON VIOLENT offenders probation or other community progarms and options other than harsh sentencing.. All anyone is asking is just let the investigation be complete before placing your own judgement and blame on a child (WHO WAS NOT DRIVING THE VEHICLE OF DEATH) & his father.

Instead Michael was the one to not only witness this horrific accident, he is the ONE who stopped to help & call 911

Seems to me if everyone wants to make "opinions" is that Michael is guilty of being in violation of that previous licesnse restriction. WHY NOTHING MORE? BECAUSE THE INVESTIGATION IS NOT COMPLETE

For the public & media to publically crucify Michael a 16 year old child & his father Judge Donald Mosley is an outrage. Let the investigation be final before placing your biased opinions. What about the parents at this party? Knowingly supplying alcohol to teenagers, knowing after they would all drive home. They could have provided transportation themselves, being resbonsible adults which obviously they aren't. They could have allowed the intoxicated teenagers to sleep over. There are several programs around Las Vegas & Henderson that provide free transportation after one has been drinking. There are several options the party holders could have taken as well as Michael's mother. They could have called Michael's mother. Or she could have been there to pick him & the kids up. Terry Mosley took ZERO responsibilty while Don was out of town. His father, Michael's garndfather had just passed away, and Don was settling his father's estate. It was Terry's reponsibilty under LAW that she be the resbonsible parent taking care of Michael while Don was out of town during this unfortunate time. Terry showed zero compassion to her own son after him loosing his grandfather. Not only showing zero compassion towards the situation at hand she did not take her legal responsibilty and it was her to make the shameful lie to the court that Don was hunting knowing frull well the grand father of her child had just died.Michael is a good kid, but like every teenager makes wrong choices at times, every teenager does. He is standing remoursefull behind his actions of his DUI & being in violation.(though he is NOT the driver who is at fault, and was driving the vehicle that rolled over and caused this death. It is truly unfortunate that Michael made the decision while being intoxicated ( SUPPLIED BY ADULTS ) to drive.

His "responsible" mother wasn't there to do so. Michael is devastated beyond belief at this tragedy, it was him who initally made the 911 phone call & him who stopped to help after witnessing the horrific crash that ended in this tragic fatality. Not only should the public pray for the Hyten's loss of their 15 year old daughter. It is a tragedy for everyone involved all teens & their families & friends who are devastated beyond belief. SEATBELTS TEENS THEY WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE. Teach your childen this for it might of saved the partially ejected non- seat belt wearing deceased child. Not only is Judge Donaly Mosley an honest law abiding judge, you do the crime, your gonna do the time, bottom line. Donald has spent his entire career helping troubled teenagers. He has dedicated his life to the future members of our community. Michael is not running from this responsilbilty. He wasn't even the driver whom the decased girl was riding it. That driver will have charges filled when he is able to be released from the hospital. Let the investigation continue with all facts be known before publically crufifing a 16 year old child and his father. And pray for all who is involved & have lossed, that is what is of importance.

BOTTOM LINE MICHAEL WAS NOT LEGALLY DRUNK

MICHAEL DID NOT CAUSE THE ACCIDENT

MICHAEL WAS NOT THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE OF DEATH

MICHAEL WAS TRHE ONE WHO STOPPED TO HELP & CALL 911

To All Concerned:

Parents are not perfect, as children are not perfect!....There is not one person that is perfect, in this world!

I am very close to the Mosley situation....

I know for a fact: Don Mosley is a father first, then a judge.

The restriction's that have been put on Michael, for his many traffic violations were Michael's responsibility to honor....Michael's mother was
perfectly aware, that Don was leaving town, and had the first right of refusal to accept her responsibilities as a MOTHER, to Michael.

My question to TERRY FIGLIUZZI-MOSLEY IS:

WHY DID YOU DECLINE YOUR RIGHT?
WHY DID YOU MISREPRESENT THE FACTS TO THE MEDIA?
WHY DO YOU CONSTANTLY LIE? AND
WHY DO YOU ALWAYS POINT THE FINGER AT JUDGE DON MOSLEY, WHEN YOU, YOURSELF ARE THE INDIVIDUAL WHO IS DECEITFUL?

Michael, has chosen to live full time, with his father, because Michael learned how his mother wasn't WHAT SHE REPRESENTED TO HIMSELF.....HE
HAS LEARNED THE TRUTH OF WHO AND WHAT HIS MOTHER REALLY IS.

TERRY FIGLIUZZI-FIELDS-MOSLEY, IS A VERY DISHONEST PERSON, WHO HAPPENS TO HAVE A NARCISSITIC DISORDER......

Michael, has had to endure alot for his 16 years of living....soon to be 17 on February 15, 2009......

Let all people rest in peace and heal for the tragedy that has occurred.

If ANYBODY, should be locked up, and wearing the orange jumpsuit...regarding any MOSLEY.....It needs to be Terry Figliuzzi-Mosley, who had her name legally changed to be a S O M E B O D Y......

MICHAEL MOSLEY, has been a victim, of his mother's many, unethical business dealings......he has been a "tool" for his mother, the moment she got pregnant.....Terry Figliuzzi, deliberately got pregnant hoping that Don Mosley, would ask her to get married......

When Don Mosley, NEVER ASKED Terry Figliuzzi, to get married, she said:
"I will make your life a living hell".......

This is the start of the infamous custody battle, that has been played out in the MEDIA......BY TERRY FIGLIUZZI-MOSLEY.......

Michael Mosley is innocent for his mother's morals......he is innocent for her continued communication to Tom Mitchell, CGreer, Frank Geary, Erin Neff, and the latest reporter Dana Gentry of the Jon Ralston show.

Terry has provided throughout the summer, all of Michael's traffic violations......see started communicating with Dana Gentry......way, way, way, before SHE (DANA GENTRY).......EVER COMMUNICATED WITH JUDGE MOSLEY'S FIANCEE......although Dana Gentry, wants reader's and viewer's to believe otherwise........S E N S A T I O N A L I S M........at it's BEST.

TERRY FIGLIUZZI MOSLEY......doesn't get along with anybody......not her parent's, not her former friends, and not even her son......When Michael, found out that his mother had been sending electronic mail, regarding his ticket's to these reporter's......Michael, felt violated, with no sense of privacy in his own life.....and when confronted......Terry Figliuzzi Mosley.....threw Michael out of her home......saying: "to never come back"......How many times, can a child be thrown out of his mother's home?......Is this good mothering, I ask?......The continued threat's that Michael receives from his mother is beyond absurd.....it is a former of verbal abuse, yet Terry alleges parental alienation to Dana Gentry,.....so Dana Gentry is the "MOUTHPIECE"......to accuse Judge Mosley of parental alienation.......In my opinion, the alienation comes from the dysfunction of Terry Filgiuzzi Mosley's constant verbal threat's to her son, and locking him out of her home.......Michael, has been torn between two adults, yet one adult has a stable career, while the other adult: HIS MOTHER, gets
evicted from homes, numerous automobiles repossessed, writes bad checks, and has debt to numerous entities, throughout Clark County......Yet Terry Figliuzzi Mosley wants to POINT A FINGER.....as if Judge Mosley is the parent at fault.......

I don't think so.......the first hand knowledge that I have, regarding Michael Mosley and the abuse that he has had to endure, because of lack of love between his two parents......is obvious......

My heart goes out for Michael Mosley.......he will survive this!......His father will make sure that he will get the strength to heal the hurt that he is experiencing of Olivia's death.......God bless to Michael Mosley, who did the right thing, by stopping to help his friends, and God Bless to Olivia's family.......

Shame on Terry Mosley who added her S P I N of drag racing to Dana Gentry, and SHAME ON DANA GENTRY.....for her irresponsible journalism....she needs to be fired from her job........

What a terrible tragedy for everyone involved, including all the families. One beautiful child is gone and the boys will have to live with their poor decision for the rest of their lives. I still don't understand why a 15 year old girl was out at 11:30 at night, unsupervised and not picked up by an adult.

The only victim in this tragic case is the dead girl.
The perp was bailed out yesterday.
Prison time can be the only vengeance for the crime.
