theyre not hiring at the moment, and if they do its always through custom staffing or Dirk Johnson with Kova, but theyre bad about never hiring the temps in full time

My fiancé worked there last year and he loved it! He went through KOVA and was being hired on through the company! It all depends on the person and their work ethic and job performance! If you are a hard worker and they see that you have a good chance at getting hired on! My fiancé wishes he hadn't decided to take a different higher paying job instead of just staying there!

I worked there through custom and they were good to me until I had to go away for military obligations. Through out the time of my absence I kept in touch with my boss Daniel and he said that I could return and still have the same job and that the girl I trained would be leaving. I had to train a girl in one week how to run the embroidery portion and the bad thing about that was the fact that I was a temp and she was getting hired full time without ever being a temp just because her mother worked at the Mt. Vernon warehouse! But I still tried because a job is better than no job! Upon my return Barry Cox refused me to take back my original job. Instead of handling the technical work, they wanted me to go back to the warehouse and put straps on golf bags for less pay and proceeded to tell me that the job was a very temporary assignment! What a way to treat someone who goes the extra mile for their country and not to mention my college credits.
will never return there!

My recommendation to u if u want a good job that pays well, try for Toyota. Aerotek is taking applications. Go to Aerotekin.com and fill out the questionnaire. The starting pay is anywhere from 16-17/ Hr. You MUST be able to pass a drug screen that consists of a hair follicle test that goes back 7 years, a urine test, A background test that goes back 7 years as well, a computer test, and an eight hour simulated work day. Also they do check medical records. It is a lot of hard work and dedication, but well worth it. Good luck and I hope this helps you or anyone else who sees this post. But act quick on aerotek as they are doing interviews everyday.

When did u put ur app in? And also, did u just go online and answer the questions, or did u make it past the computer test because that is when they ask you to fill out an app.
