express you concern about having miscarried. Most doctors should understand. ASK ASK ASK! That's what they are there for. Now it may be an issue that your insurance will only pay for do many times. And the rest would be out of pocket. Usually their ate ways that the doctors office can bill to get it covered. Again... Be open and up front with the doctor. If your doctor doesn't see it your way.... There are other doctors out there that will! Good luck!

I don't know about your doctor but I do know that the doctor I work for does take lots of precaution to avoid a repeat. When it comes to your insurance a high risk pregnancy should not be a problem... If you have private insurance all of your office visits and the delivery are all included in one charge so in all honestly they have no idea how many trips to the doctor you make... And If you have Medicaid each thing is billed separately but there isn't a limit. Good luck !

You should make an appt with your dr NOW to discuss those concerns and see what he says. That away your certain your dr is the right doctor for you. People don't realize that you hire your doctors. They need to be interviewed. A doctor may be a good doctor but may not meet your needs or clique well with you. Don't wait until your pregnant go in now and talk with him about these concerns and see what all precautions he will take. Whether does with one patient from topix may not be the same he would do for you.

I miscarried in December of 03 was pregnant again by March of 04. Dr. Rashidian handled my miscarriage with much care!! And they saw me every 2 weeks for my next pregnancy, checking the babies heartbeat and did bloodwork to make sure my HcG level rose. Once I got safely in the second trimester I didn't have to go as much but if I felt scared they saw me to make sure I was fine. He delivered all 3 of my kids and thank to them doing more ultrasounds than other OB offices they caught that my second son had his cord around his neck and low fluid and saved him. To each their own when it comes to drs, you need to find one that is right for you. I personally love Dr. Rashidian and Missy. I've heard that Dr.Beickman can be rude and insensitive. My miscarriage cause was never known but I took extra folic acid with all my other pregnancies and delivered 3 healthy full-term babies!

In addition to that if you are trying to become pregnant get started on a prenatal vitamin now. I hear so many people say they are trying but aren't taking the vitamins. Vitamins will help your baby even now!

I love Beickman. He took care of me and delivered my last child. With this current pregnancy, I wanted to just see what rashidian was like. Well, I called them for the initial confirmation/vitamin/PRE natal care appt. They didnt even want to see me until I was 13 weeks. Wtf?? I'm supposed to go 3 months PREGNANT without any vitamins, ultrasound to date the pregnancy, or anything?? On top of that- the reason I really needed to get in was because of cramping. Screw him. Go to Beickman and voice your concerns. He has no problems with testing and will inform you beforehand if your insurance will cover it. It usually will! GL :)

I also had a miscarriage. I think it was the worst thing I have ever gone though but they say everything happens for a reason. Now I have a beautiful baby girl. I would start prenatals now n as soon as you have a positive test call your doctor and let them know stressing the fact that you had a recent miscarriage. That way they can get you started on hormones if your levels from your blood work comes back low. Good luck to you and god bless!!!

I love dr Beikman and jamma they where so sincere about my miscarriage and he was always sweet to me. I just wanted to make sure he would take extra precautions because if he didn't I would find another dr even though I love him but having my baby and a healthy pregnancy is more important :)
