You really are an idiot aren't you. The grand jury doesn't raise questions. They review evidence to determine if the evidence submitted justifies the charge presented by the commonwealth attorney for an indictment.
I guess you would also think if the Newtown child killer hadn't committed suicide he could have claimed an accident. Same rationale as your stupid comment on this being an accident. Only accident is he didn't get away with it.
