U can get them done for 10 bucks apiece at black diamond for the next two weeks I used to pierce there it seems to hurt guys more than girls lol

Yes it would hurt men more. Although womens breasts are more sensitive the nipples have about the same sensitivity on both male an female, yet guys have smaller nipples which means that there is the same amount of sensitivity as a women except packed in to a much smaller area therefor more pain.
I am a guy and personally think nipple rings are trash.
