Audubon Metals needs a Union real bad. That companies employees are treated like dirt. Is there anything I can do to help get them in touch with a Union Rep since I'm not employed there ? My cousin works there and the things she tells me just blows my mind with the treatment of employees, conditions of the workplace and such.

Yeah; get a union. That worked real good for the former Accuride workers, Whirlpool and the list goes on.

Every job I've had hasnt been union and they are good paying. Nice try tho.
Many places move to Mexico because of unions....whirlpool, GE...etc..etc...and because of NAFTA which you democraps invented!

I work there and it is not a bad place to work. The pay and benefits are above average for this area and a union would be bad for everyone involved. Unions were once a food thing but now they just take your money and protect the lazy and make company's keep people that don't deserve to keep their job. Grow up and be a responsible adult and do your job and quit complaining. There are government agencies that do the jobs that Unions once did and it does not cost me money from my paycheck other than taxes to pay for it.

All employees start as temps before being hired full time but they work at least 36 hours a week.
