your right I'm more then great after i moved my family member to a better faculity for the I house therapy he needed I took him home so no I work 60 hours a week take care of my 2 teenagers and my father Im super women ,,,, but the point is there a nursing home he paid them to take care of him and they didn't do sh1t so I now take care of him and have a real nurse not a CNA help me

No our family members aren't the only resident there and you are missing the whole point. (Thank you for posting this). I have only had positive experiences with the staff thus far. However If I do see ANY questionable behavior, It WILL be reported immediately. He does tell me the employees are extremely loud at night.

Well unfortunately you can report it till your blue in the face the administration does not do nothing to these aides they say we will handle it but all it does is make them worse to the resident involved because they tell the aides who complains on them then the residents get even worse care! A lot of the aides basically have no care in the world for who they are taking care of they just want the pay check, there are very few that actually care, but I'm telling you the next time it involves my family member I will be handling the issue at hand and they will have formal charges brought against them, I hope your family continues to have positive care, but trust me it won't last long it never does!
