no reason to name names it will cause people to lose there jobs and cause a gap In care at Red banks. even if there playing on there phones talking to there boyfriend or whoever there still providing care some of the time. besides we all get on our phones when we can when we are at work.

No some people follow the rules and get on their phones during their breaks. Well if they want to keep their job they shouldn't be on their phones. The people who are there deserve their undivided attention. That's what they get paid to do!!!!!

Watch what you tell some of them. They act like your friend but run and tell your business to everyone... Then walk around like their innocent .... I'm surprised they haven't robbed someone blind yet... Untrustworthy employees are the worst!!!

There is so much wrong with this statement I can't even begin to argue. Employee Phones are not allowed out and to be used while on the clock. Not only is it unprofessional but these phones have the ability to take photos and record. It's not allowed!

well I don't see any names named so I guess it's not really an issue then is it? remember also your dealing with people who's intelligence is a click above fast food workers there basically minimum wage uneducated people so you can't compare them to skilled trained staff

CNA's are skilled and trained hence the "certified" part of their title. I have never seen a CNA only make minimum wage. You have no clue what you are talking about. I'm pretty sure the only uneducated person is you dear!

A CNA is a wanna be nurse,,,,my dad was at Redbanks for a lil over a week before I took him else where the people there r anything but trained and skilled there rude as he11 and I seen many employes with phones,,,there more worried about each other then there patients,,,,Redbanks give nursing homes a bad name!!??

Redbanks pay is not the best I agree. But hey at least you have a job. No nurse or CNA work for just a paycheck it takes a special dedicated person to care for the elderly.
