Divorce should cost the same as marriage
I think marriage should cost as much as a divorce then you would have to be damn sure about before you do it.

When you fornicate and shack up, you aren't giving God a reason to bless your relationship.
no offense but if that were the case than noone would get married these days

If you have to ask....and you don't know if you will have the $50 that it probably takes to do it (random amount here, people....I don't know what it costs)....you aren't ready to get married. We have enough poor people having kids on food stamps and welfare. We don't want to support any more.
Ok thats justs stupid not everyone is so stupid to spend thousands of bucks for a day when they could use the money to help start there life an

Well when it comes to trash like the people on here I think he will understand. Henderson attorneys do well for themselves so I think he will not care a thing about what is said or happenes on this trashy site.
This is the post to which I refer... Marrying an attorney??? WTF?

"Wee-Wee2" I don't care if they have a big or small wedding...she was asking because she wasn't sure if they had enough money to perform the ceremony. When you stress out about a few hundred dollars, you need to hold off on getting married and focus on building a savings.
I think what she said was they didn't have the money at the moment for a big ceremony not that they couldn't afford to get married. I don't blame them. Money is tight for a lot of people. Getting married at the courthouse is a lit cheaper and means the same thing.

It's not like the courthouse would charge you $5000. One would know that is a small fee...under $100. If you are concerned about being able to pay a small fee like that, you shouldn't be getting married.

My boyfriend and I have been together for ten years we have four beautiful children a nice home on property and are Christian. we are getting married at the court house in two weeks ( $64 for the licence and $25 for the judge ) its not that we don't have the money cause our family does well we could have a big wedding that cost but what's the point its one day as long as we are happy together why do we need to put a show on for everyone else. I say go for it if you truly love eachother you'll make it and don't listen to other peoples crap they've obviously made they're mistakes

My fiance and I were wanting to do the same thing. As far as I'm concerned if you are happy than it doesn't matter what all the negative people say apparently they are just unhappy because apparently their relationship didn't work out. Some people actually want a commitment to show the person they love they want the same thing they want.

APPARENTLY YOU ARE NOT A CHRISTIAN AND HASN'T LOOKED INTO THE BIBLE BECAUSE IF YOU WERE A CHRISTIAN YOU WOULD TAKE GODS ADVICE AND NOT JUDGE OTHERS. SO HOW ABOUT JUST MINDING YOUR OWN BUSINESS, AND LIKE SHE SAID SHE WAS THINKING ABOUT IT AND IT'S NOT ANY OF YOUR CONCERN TO JUDGE ANYWAYS IF GOD DOESN'T AND YOU'RE ONE OF HIS FOLLOWERS THAN WHERE DOES IT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO.
