Galesburg to lose more jobs in Carhartt cuts

Where was the funding for TAA assistance for the Carhartt workers? Wasn't the fact their jobs ended in December, 2007 enough without the additional stress of the midnight hour decision that retraining funds would be available? Don't these tax paying American workers deserve a more respectful helping hand?

i am a carhartt employee from glasgow distribution wondering whats going on at other plants. any info would be appreciated.
