Russell House hoping to brighten holidays for abused women

A Christmas decoration drive is being held from Nov. 17 through Dec. 4 to collect items for Russell House, the domestic abuse shelter for women.

The drop spots for your area is the US Bank @ 403 North Jackson in Salem & both of the Town & Country Banks in Rolla.

The Russell house is a very good place, and definetly a very good cause. lot of children there too with their mothers.
Details of where the house is, is not available in order to protect the women and the children who are sheltering there from abusive spouses.

DCWCC (Dent County Women's Crisis Center) is the Outreach Office for Russell House in Salem. The office is in the basement of the US Bank at 403 N. Jackson. There are tons of services available at no cost to the victims. We are a dual program that offers help to victims of domestic AND sexual violence.
Stop by and see what we do!! We are in the office everyday, unless we are in court or advocating for a victim. Everyone is welcome to visit and help us spread the word that we are here.
