There's lots to do in Hemet. You can watch rocks grow in the front yards in Sierra Dawn. You can tour the town looking at grafitti. You can ride the thrilling roller coaster streets. You can find lots of cheap prostitutes on Florida Ave. and rent a room by the hour (caution; watch your wallet and make sure the girl you room with is not named Jim).
Hey Jim, aka "hawkeye" you forgot to pay the room yesterday. Now they want us out by 7 pm. Get back to walking on Florida and bring me some money "honey"!!

There is so much to do in Hemet. All the losers writing and complaining must not play baseball, basketball, bike ride, jog, fish, dirt bike, etc.. etc... these losers just play video games all day and complain that there is nothing to do. So Take off your slippers and pajamas and see what this town has to offer.

There are hiking trails and fishing at Diamond Valley Lake. There are more things to do other than go clubbing, drinking or shopping. Go out and get some exercise.

there is alot to do in our town. there is alot of indian (soboban) history. the estudillo mansion in san jacinto, and the duplica on the reservation. the casino, simpson park, idlywild, anza, lakes, diamond valley dam n museums, (where the mastodone fossils and others are). the falls, and watering holes. places for hiking and rocking. some beautiful tourmaline, amethyst, quartz, etc., have been found. even old indian and cowboy relics have been found.yea the mall is small, too small. beautiful sites to see, some at night and some during the day. spanky (from the rascals) house., dolly partons. jack nicholson, tom cruise and others come up here to golf at soboba country club. anyways, yes hemet, and san jacinto have gotten out of control with murders, car jacking, robberies( i was even robbed) violence period. it once was a nice place to live, now its a small l.a., its getting all the left over riff raff from san bernardino n riverside parolees.

Just be careful if you are going to the falls, and don't fall. Otherwise you can go, to the mountains. desert and ocean. Santa Rosa Plateau has great hiking trails, as does Idyllwild. It's tough for any night life activities.

Gangs at the falls? I was thinking if hiking up there to take pics. Si this us not a place to take family?

I never knew about the tourmaline that was found out here. I looked online and found a local group of prospectors. I might contact them because it seems like a fun hobby to start. Anyone here know of any places to find quartz or tourmaline?
