Prostitues Like Fishing

Some one was talking about the police pick up the prostitutes but they give them a citation then let them go Kind like fishing... you catch them release them.
Seriously what do other cities do about eliminating the prostitute situation in their areas?

Prostitution is a misdemeanor, 647(b) of the California Penal Code . Thus, law enforcement books hookers and Johns in and releases them on a notice to appear. It's not just Hemet, it's everywhere in CA.
Do they go to court? Nope, do they all have warrants? Yep. Will local jails accept them? Nope. Thank your County Supervisors and Sheriff for a complete lack of planning when it comes to jail bed space in Riverside County.
It is very frustrating for law enforcement but that's the California we all love!

But god forbid your kid misses too many days at school or late too many times they will fine or jail you LOL
