THEY ARE STILL UPSET THAT OBAMA BECAME PRESIDENT, AND BEAT OUT THAT A-HOLE ROMNEY. THIS PROVES THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE THEY SERVE. AND CHECK OUT THAT LOSER TED CRUZ (THEY USE HIM LIKE A TOKEN BLACK GUY) Just to funny what republicans do to lose more voters. Although not all republicans in congress agree. Its mainly the a-hole T-PARTY (bunch of losers) that feel this way.

Obama won because black people voted for him just because he is half black--no other reason. "The people they serve", you mean the ones on welfare, food stamps, with Obama phones?

In reality, a whole lot of white people voted for him too! Maybe Obama won because Romney SUCKED! At any rate, the teabillies may be the reason that the GOP will be a dieing party.

Thats what bothers me. A democracy needs parties with different views. And they need to comprimise for the good of our country.
Anything else would result in a.dictatorship. does anyone want to live in a place where religion is forced, free speech is not allowed, and people are treated worse than farm animals. Slave labor, no social nets, and anarchy in the streets.

It's true !! All my black friends (except one) voted for Obama because he is black ... I asked why are you voting for him (what are the issues)?? and they could not tell me other then "he is black like us" .. The one friend who did not vote for Obama told me he is a Independent who thanks the black race is being destroyed by dependence on entitlements !!

Thats a pretty small sample Mell. Rather than blame the blacks for Obamas election, why not citethereal reason. The American people just didnt like Romney. By all accounts almost any one could have won. But the extreme right wing repubs forced his views, and he never recovered. Would he have been better than PBO? I doubt it. I think that his party wkuld have forced him i.to a war rather than try sanctionsvand diplomacy.

I disagree with you on several counts, John. Romney came very close percentage wise. ACORN paid people to vote, who had never voted before, transported them to the polling locations. One black woman said publicly on T.V. she voted for him twice, and saw nothing wrong with that. I think we as a nation are all sick of war. I don't think Romney would have or could have been forced into war, anymore then this thing with Syria, when Obama drew his red line, and then couldn't get anybody to stand behind him. Biden who said he "was proud" of the prez because of his position, had to back-peddle on that when we Americans spoke up. I think you are correct that Romney didn't come across as likable to us. Obama does have a golden tongue, and I always like what he has to say--but that's where it ends. Now on this "affordable health care act", I just got notified that in addition to the premium I am currently paying for, that in 2015 I will pay an additional $43.33 and 2016 it will be $86.67 for a "mandatory cost-sharing contribution". I thought how this was going to be paid for was already figured out?? Wasn't that the selling point. So that others can afford their health insurance, I have to kick in for them! Is that the democratic way? I already pay over $900.00 for a family of three. We make sacrifices in other areas to be able to bare this burden. Now I have to take on more? Not Fair!

Thanks 4 ur input Good Grief. Its nice 2 have a post that is respectfull and intelligent. Lets see if i can respond 2 some of ur concerns. PBO got almost 52 percent to MRs 47, and a lot more of the EC. 5 petcent is no landslide, but i believe that he is one of a few potus to get over 50 percent in both elections. ACORN no linger exists. No matter what Fox says. A black woman voted twice? Compare that to Florida in 2000.

Good Grief . . . Not surprising that the world didnt wanna go to war in Syria after the wmd debacle caused by Bush Chaney. U have to admit that the rep party issupported by the Military Industrial Complex, and they woulda forced MR into.boots on the ground over there. Just watch the Sunday talking heads from tjat time. All Repubs were advocating our involvement. At least PBOAsked congress, not sure if MR would have.. . .

. . . Good Grief. It wasnt so much Romneys likeability, as it was hispolicies. Every day he took an opposing view on almost all oc the polickes. He did not appear trustworthy. The policies PBO ran onneeds to have congressional action. Things like Gitmo, jobs, tax reform, infrastructure, and health ins need to thru channels. Health care was supposed tobe single payer, but the repubs said no. I cant give an opinion on rates yet because .....

Good Grief... its o.ly the 5th day of enrollment. I am sorry to hear about ur rate increase, but didnt they increase at a higher rate from 2000 thru 2011? You can also go on line to shop around for better rates andcoverage. I m sure that u dont believe everything ur ins co tells u. They are also required to give their customers rebates instead of turning profits into bonuses for theexecs. At best we can agree to disagre. Thanks agaun 4 being reasonable!

Yes, my health insurance has been having increases all along. Kinda expect it along with everything else. However, this "mandatory contribution", is above our normal premiums. We have a menu of insurance companies to choose from. Everybody, no matter which one you choose, this will be added to. I don't think anybody knows how this will pan out, I shudder to think, that this is going up as well. I resent that I have to manage/budget my money, when our government continues to hand it out, to anybody with a hand out. So when they say "affordable", to whom? The ones who sign up and then get subsidized? That's a crock. You mentioned GITMO? As far as I'm concerned they can stay there, and no money to upgrade the facilites.

Good. Grief. Exactly! PBO wants to close it down, and either release some and transfer the truely guilty ones to a max sec prison stateside. But because.it was a campaign promise l congress willnot pass. The extra charge for the subsidies may go up, down, or eliminated. Depends on compliance. Staristics say that the increase in premiums have declined the last few years. We shall see if that continues.

Probably some insurances have offered better premiums, but the top of the line ones have been pretty steady. We prefer to go where we want, when we want, and choose the doctors. If you or your loved ones need or have serious medical problems you need to go where ever for the best treatments. This has proved life saving in our family. That's why we sacrifice to afford the cost. Surely, it is not my responsibility to pay for everybody else as well? What sacrifices are they making? Between welfare, EBT cards, section 8 housing, young people getting social security etc etc we're going to end up like Greece. We can't continue to sustain this. Obama says raising the debt ceiling doesn't mean spending more. Really? Well I think that is exactly what it means. Seems to be no end in sight to how many are on the public dole. How can anyone be O.K. with this?

Good Grief.. The debt ceiling just means that we need to get more money to pay for thethe congresd authorized in last yrs budget. The deficeit.is actually dropping faster than any time since ww2. I do agree with u on sec 8, long time welfarre and ebt cards. If they made these people show up for work every morning or else they would be cut off. They could pick up trash, becrossing guards, teachers aids, go to school . . .

. . . Good Grief, grafitti removal and tobe child care providers for those working. If they dont show up cut them off. That would make them productive. No more laying around waiting for their check. It would teach them and their kids responsibility. Think there would be less crime if everyone were busy. If they need temp help, fine. But they gorra earn it. So see we do have some points of agreement. Also u mite wanna check platinum plans of ACA law.

Shut up!! the republicans did the same thing, did you see the lines they made people wait in up to 8 to 10 hours in some places. And in Florida they didn't even finish the vote count because they made it difficult for people to vote (Obama still won without the Florida votes, which were still being counted after he was already declared the winner a-hole) stop getting your information from RUSH LIMBAUGH!! he makes you a lower information voter.

You need to get a grip on yourself. I get information from many sources. Yet, I still do not slip in your condescending manner.
