I think your numbers are a bit high. 160000 sounds more like reality. BTW according to Wikipedia the two notable residents of Winchester are a terrorist and two murder victims. I wouldn't spend a lot of time gloating about living in Winchester, like Hemet it would not be considered a prime hot spot to live (although both towns have some nice real estate).
