gosch hyundai service department

Had a local certified mechanic check the brakes on my Hyundai, he said they were like new. He found an oil leak in the engine and suggested that I take it to a Hyundai dealer because the warranty would cover the repair. Gosch Hyundai fixed the leak but took almost two days for a three hour job. Then they said that I needed new brakes and proceeded to show me the pads while the car was up on the rack. He pointed to the thin metal part of the pad that the actual pad is bonded to and said that was how thin my brake pad was.
I informed him that the brakes were just inspected the day I brought my car in for the oil leak repair and if they needed to be replaced why wouldn't the previous mechanic do the job? I will never go to Gosch Auto Center again.
I called the General Manager of Gosch Hyundai and as expected, he was aggressive and became insulting. He wanted me to bring my car to him and he would have a different mechanic look at the brakes.
I had to laugh at his request and told him that they will never see my car at Gosch Auto Center again and the reason I called him, was to inform him of dishonest people working there. Why would I trust another mechanic that works there?
