Fair Avenue flooded on Monday evening near Ingalls Street as utility workers continued to try to contain it at 7:30 p.m. Water from underground spilled on to the street near 1010 Fair Ave. about 5:45 p.m., said Santa Cruz police Sgt. Full Story
